I know it's hard right now. I know right now, it seems as if we're trapped in a space where we can't do anything. And I'm sure it makes you feel like you're not normal or not doing anything right.
But rest assure, like everything, this is only temporary. Us humans are typically social creatures, so of course, we don't feel nice while doing this. While we stay inside to help not spread the virus. We got through the bubonic plague, WW1, WW2, we can get through this.
We have modern medicine, we have skills and hobbies to distract us from the news around the world. We have things that we didn't have hundreds of years ago. As long as we're breathing, as long as we're still smiling, as long as we're still going, then we will get through this. Together.
No one expected this, so please, stop blaming yourself. Stop hating on yourself and don't feel as if this is the end of the world, because the truth is; it isn't.
Everything will be fine, everything will be okay. If you feel left out, alone, or scared, then we can do many things. Find pleasant, small distractions. Maybe start that hobby you've been putting off. Write a story, sing a song, dance your heart out, sculpt some masterpieces, paint, do whatever makes you happy.
At this point, the one thing you should focus on is your mental health, so I'll say this.
This WILL end.
You will be okay.
You are going to be fine.
You're not strange for feeling this way.
You're not at fault for anything.
Just do your best, try and keep trying. If you fail, that isn't losing. Giving up is losing. Just keep trying, don't give up, and think of the greener side of the hill.
I know you can do this.
I believe in you, even when no one else does.
Make an impact and stay inside, stay sane, stay safe.
I love you all so very much.
