Okay so I know that I haven't written in a long time and I am really sorry. CHAPTER 10

NICKS POV

I was in my office trying to pay attention to the document in my hands but i just couldn't with Mina's face swirrling in my mind. I sighed frustrated. Why does it seem like she is trying to avoid me? i mean i have never been rejected before and although i sound cocky its just annoying. but then again who doesn't love a chase? ugh why does my mate have to be so mysterious and confusing?! I heard footsteps coming towards my office and said "come in" before they could even knock.

And just when i thought i was frustrated i groaned when four of my best buds came in. i mean i'm not mad that their hear it's just that sometimes they can make thing so much worse and i think i am starting to form a headache right now. CRAP!

"What's wrong brother? I thought you loved me!" Shawn asked. As you guessed he is the comedian and child in the group. He has blond almost white hair that stops at his chin with golden eyes that contain silver specks. He's a very light brown almost brown skin standing at 6'3'' and skinny but still has some definition going for him.

I rolled my eyes at his comment"what do you guys want?" "well"jeremy said "we came to tell you some..er..interesting news" Jeremy the "player" has black hair and green eyes with a orangish color in the center circling his pupil. weird but the chicks find it "sexy" i mentally chickled at that just another way to boost his huge ego up. Anyways he's 6'2'' tan and muscular like the rest of us.

"And that new will be.." i said prompting him with a raised eyebrow.

Matthew cleared his throat. "That there is someone killing off the rogues of both weres and vamps for us." Matthew is the father figure. He is very serious and could hadly take a joke. But he knows when we mess around. He has shoulder length black hair black eys and dark brown skin standing at 6'2. i pondered the new that he just gave me. "that is indeed interesting. any information on who it is?"

this time lastly the quietest and most observant of our group Nathan spoke up "No we don't but we tend to find out" i nodded my head in response. I could always count on Nathan he is the smartest of us five. With his chesnut brown hair that is cut short and he spikes it up in the front and hazel eyes standing at 6ft. he's tan and skinny with muscle like Shawn.

"Alright good I want you to find out who it is and when you tell me because i would like to me this guy." All of them nodded. "you guys can go now"i sighed. i seemed to be doing that a lot lately. Everyone left well except for jeremy. i raised my eyebrow as if asking "is there anything else?"

"so" he said plunking down onto one of my chairs in front of my desk and putting his feet up on it "whos the chick?" i looked at him confused but inside i really was surprised. how'd he know?

he chckled "dude you can't fool me i know theres something bothering you and with my mad skills inthe female department i know its a girl so who is it?"

okay so he knows i thought. "ifoundmymate" i said really fast but he seemed to catch it. 'WHAT?! HAHAHAHA AWESOME DUDE CONGRATS!" that just made me groan which made him raise an eyebrow. what with raising the eyebrows! "she doesn't like me or even takes a second glance at me. it's as if i'm not even there!" i just realized that i must be sounding like a total chick right now. shoulndn't it be the other way around.

"well that's easy i got the answer to your problem" he said with a smirk

"really?! what?"anything to get mina to like me. awww man even her name sends shivers down my spine. "easy"he said shrugging"take her to the janitors closet and you do it man!" he said THAT got me angry and he saw it on my face because he ran out of the office laughing just when i lungd for him. i cursed under my breath. i swear imma kill him one day.
