The leather creaked under his weight as Bakugou slumped down on it, exhausted after a long day's work and happy to finally be home so he can relax. He tilted his head back and closed his eyes, making a mental note to go see his hairdresser by the end of the week. He opened his eyes again at the sound of footsteps, turning his head in the direction of them and smiling at the sight that greeted him.

Kirishima Eijirou, wearing an old Ground Zero shirt that stretched tight across his chest, red boxers that left nothing to the imagination, and his hair pulled back into a ponytail at the nape of his neck. If he weren't so exhausted, he'd have pulled him close to sink his teeth into the tanned skin of his neck. His sharp-toothed smile was blinding. It felt like home.

"Welcome home, Katsuki," he hummed, walking over to the couch to press a kiss to tired lips. Bakugou kissed him back for a moment before the redhead pulled away. "How was work?" He dropped down on the couch next to the blond and wrapped an arm around his waist, rubbing his thumb against the soft yet taut material of his hero costume's tank top. He had changed out of the bulkier parts of his costume, but was still wearing the shirt and pants. "Didn't watch the news today?" He questioned, leaning closer to his partner to rest his head on his shoulder.

"Mm, I didn't do much of anything today," he replied, grabbing the remote to turn on the TV. Distantly, Bakugou remembered he was still wearing his heavy-duty earplugs, so he reached up to tug them out and stuff them in the pocket of his pants. The channel changed to a regular news station, and Bakugou closed his eyes against the bright lights.

"—Hero Ground Zero spotted visiting Pro Hero Deku's hero agency earlier today moments before the bomb went off, sending the building instantly into flames. Other heroes spotted include Uravity, Shouto, Creati and Froppy, all of whom worked tirelessly to help civilians out of the building and try to control the flames. The fires have long-since been extinguished, some heroes even being seen leaving the sight, but we can't help but wonder what this means for Deku's agency and its heroes and sidekicks. More at—"

The TV abruptly shut off and then Bakugou was being kissed, forcefully and passionately. The kiss only lasted for a moment before Kirishima pulled away, a big, doofy smile on his face. "Good job today, Katsuki," he pressed another kiss to his lips. "And you need a shower." Bakugou could smell the sugar in the air and nodded, but made no move to stand up or do anything except lean forward and face-plant into Kirishima's chest. The redhead chuckled and ran a hand through his hair, the other moving to rub his back as he held him close.

"I'm proud of you, Kats. I love you."

Bakugou's cheeks flushed and he let out a 'tch'. "Shitty hair," he breathed, the words affectionate as his arms wound around his partner's waist. "Love you too."

He could almost feel the warmth of Kirishima's smile on his skin.
