Harry strode into Madam Malkin's as Minerva waited outside. Minerva had said she wasn't exactly on the best of terms with the people who worked there and said she would wait outside. As Harry entered he was immediately met with a woman who greeted him.

"Do you need Hogwarts robes?" she asked him.

At Harry's nod she dragged him off to the back to get fitted. Just as stepped up onto the stool he realised there was another boy on a stool. He had blond hair with grey eyes, he was thin and taller than Harry.

"Hi, you going to Hogwarts too?" the blond boy said to Harry.

"Mhm, I'm pretty excited to go. I heard Hogwarts has loads of random secret passages and hallways, I want to find them all." Harry replied.

"What house do you think you're going to be in?"

"Not sure, I only know basic things about the houses because my aunt doesn't know much about Hogwarts."

The blonde's eyes suddenly widened as if realising something, "Are you a muggleborn?"

Harry looked at the boy in confusion for a moment, "Muggleborn? Oh! Someone born from muggles! No, my parents were wizards. I was raised by my mum's sister who's a muggle though."

"Why did she raise you though? Isn't that your parents responsibility?"

"My aunt told me they apparently abandoned me, I'm not sure why though."

The blonde quietened for a bit. The two stood in awkward silence as the workers busied themselves. Then the workers were finally finished with the blonde boy and he stepped off the stool.

As the boy walked away he said, "Draco Malfoy, I'll see you at Hogwarts."

"Harry Potter, see you soon Draco Malfoy."

Harry felt a bit lonely after the boy walked out of the shop even though there were many employees hurrying around. He didn't want to wait for Hogwarts to meet the boy again. When he was finished with paying for his robes he walked outside to see Ms McGonagall who was still outside the shops but this time with some books in her arms.

"Ms McGongall, I got my robes."

"Good, I decided to get some of your books ahead of time but we still have to buy the other things on your list."

Shopping with Minerva proved that she was extremely intelligent but it wasn't like Harry couldn't already tell. Minerva was able to recite the whole list from memory but it was most likely due to having to write the list herself every year.

-----

After buying all the equipment and supplies need for Harry's first year at Hogwarts, Minerva allowed Harry to explore a bit of Diagon Alley. Harry twirled his new wand between his fingers. The wood was smooth and smelt fresh even though it most likely had stayed in Ollivander's for a long time, waiting for the perfect wizard.

He was currently eating an ice cream Minerva had begrudgingly let him buy. As he and Minerva strolled down the busy streets of Diagon Alley, a certain store caught his eye. In gold letters, the words 'Eeylops Owl Emporium' was displayed on the front.

"Ms McGonagall, can I go in there?"

"Of course, you can also call me Minerva if you wish to when we are outside school."

"Thank you Minerva!" said an excited Harry as he rushed into the store.

Inside, the walls were filled with beautiful owls of all different types and colours. Each one made Harry's eyes fill with even more awe. He wanted to take every owl home but he knew that he wouldn't know how to take care of it. He wondered to the back of the store when a flutterig white shape caught his eye.

He glided towards it to be met by a beautiful snowy white owl with large amber eyes. One instinct Harry lend out an arm to it as it gratefully leaped on.

"Want to come with me?" he asked the bird in a warm tone.

As if it understood, it gave a short chirp in response.

Harry walked to the counter and asked for the price, he also requested the price for all the necessities needed to care for an owl. After hearing them all, he payed for everything and walked out with arms full of supplies, as well as an owl on his shoulder.

Harry stroked the bird's soft feathers, the worker at the store had told him the owl was a female snowy owl. Harry pondered on what name he should choose when he remembered a name he had found while skimming through his new school books.

"I think I'll name you Hedwig, what do you think?" he asked.

He gained another chirp like the one from before.

-----

As Draco walked to the counter to purchase his potion supplies he remembered what had happened earlier.

Just as a bushy haired girl finished paying he asked his father, "Father, did the Potters have two children?"

Lucius raised an eyebrow, "There have been rumours but no one knows for sure, why?"

"I think I met the other child, his name is Harry."

"Hm? Another Potter child then, I wonder how the public will react."

When Lucius and Draco walked out of the apothecary Lucius said to Draco, "I want you to keep an eye on that boy, things are going to become very interesting around him."

"Yes father." Draco replied but he had already planned to do that the moment he saw the boy. He didn't need to be told that the boy would be centre of attention when they got to school.

The press was going to have a field day when they catch wind of this new drama. Draco could already see it, 'PERFECT POTTER FAMILY DRAMA: MYSTERIOUS TWIN REAPPEARS AFTER 11 YEARS!' in bold letters and about 5 pages of random theories made up by the Prophet.

Draco wondered what his very first year at Hogwarts would be like, the only thing he knew for sure was that he'd enjoy watching the Potter family crumble.
