Song: Trust- Brent Faiyaz

Hood fame, everybody know my name when I come through
But don't nobody scream it like youI was having visions with you
Doing thangs, switching lanes in the Beamer with you

Arriving at the hospital, I pulled into an empty parking space and turned off the engine.

Unplugging my aux cord before sitting there for a minute, taking two deep breaths, I take out the key and get out the car.

Pulling out my phone, I check Instagram before heading in work,

I put my phone in my bag before making my way to the entrance of the main door of the hospital. I see cameras everywhere.

What the fuck.

I walk to the main desk and show them my id card before making my way to the staff room to drop off my bag and coat.

As I step out the lift, my boss, Michael, is standing there with a clipboard in his hand.

"Hey" I say as he lifts his head.

My pager starts flashing and I look up to see Michael already half way down the hall.

I quickly go after him.

Walking on to the trauma ward, I ask the ladies behind the desk to watch my bag and coat before walking down to where Michael had gone.

Stopping outside room 17, I quickly sanitize my hands before putting gloves on and walking into the room.

Michael placed the file into my hand and I quickly read over the details.

This man had come in with 3 bullet wounds.

One to his right upper arm.

One to his left leg.

One in his stomach.

They had sedated him already and removed the bullets. It was my job to just check him over and check his work.

Make sure his blood pressure was okay and if he needed any pain relief.

I was just finishing up, writing the information in his chart. When I saw his little finger move slightly.

He was waking up.

I always hated this part.

He was either going to be so spaced out from the medication, confused as to where he was or angry.

I looked up to his face and was instantly shocked.

I'm sure my mouth is wide open right now, but I can't close it.

I'm shocked.

"Damn, can i help? You want an autograph?" he questions.
