NICO

NICO DIDN'T WANT TO except the truth. He was supposed to be the bad ass son of Hades, scratch that, Pluto (he was at camp Jupiter) he didn't have time for a crush.

no not a crush, he wasnt five.

He was not supposed to like anyone, especially not her. No, he refused to except that.

He closed his eyes, taking in a breath and letting it out as a slow sigh.

He opened them once again, and pushing himself off the ground- er, roof, he made his way down from the top of the Pluto temple.

Climbing down, his mind wandered, but unfortunately the path it was on, was the exact topic he was trying to avoid.

The way her silky dark hair kept the perfect braid, and when her dark purple pr- he stopped, no, he would have nothing to do with those kinds of thoughts.

Wow Aphrodite- uh, Venus was a bitch. First Percy, then Will now her? No this was not good.

Reaching the bottom he started to wander the streets, the occasional faun begging for food that Nico obviously didn't have.

This annoyed him, where they blind he- no, not blind, just idiots.

Rolling his eyes and carrying on, he would catch people staring at him with a mixture of fright and disgust.

He shot them all a death glare, and hey, he was radiating death. His was terrifying.

After the war, it was true things where much better between the Greeks and Romans. But not better between Nico and the rest of the world.

They may have won against Gaea, but Nico was still fighting his own war against, well, everyone.

except her.

No, she probably hated him too, just to nice to show it. No one like him, he was the annoying neighborhood dog that scared you half to death, but annoyed you just as much.

Walking further still, he caught a glimpse of the loose purple fabric, could it be? No, and even if it was it was nothing exciting.
