"Blue..?"
"Ah-Y-Yellow!"
Yellow appears calm outside of Blue's door, which is unusual for her. Usually she is either shouting and screaming at Blue for one little mistake that means so much to her, like forgetting to keep watch of the 'human' zoo (the Zoomans starting turning it into a cruise ship and the diamonds had to agree to it) or, like, forgetting to colony-check.
Blue walked over to the door and opened it gently just a tad so her and Yellow could see each other but avoid eye contact. Blue was already blushing so much her face was practically warming up!
"You seem upset...What's on your mind?" Blue asked, trying not to sound cold but...something worth her love.
"Blue..." Yellow opened the door so the crack had went from slim to wide-it was not a crack anymore. "Come out here...I can't even stand to be in your room right now..."
Blue's face was no longer warm, but rather cold with empty, worried eyes. She stepped out, almost against her own will. She looked down at her feet-and her Pearl. She picked the Pearl up, hoping for something, anything to make this moment better and not last forever.
"I'll get straight to the point, Blue..." Yellow said with strictness in her voice. Blue's face was beginning to go pale now. "Ever since the third era started, Blue-well, a little while after, really, that was kind of exaggerated-but ever since then, something has been...happening to me, Blue...Like this weird feeling, sensation, that I can't make go away..."
Blue suddenly gasped very lowly, and quoted to herself from a person she had heard say once before, "love is love and nothing can stop it..."
She suddenly knew what was going on. She knew that Yellow was falling in love with Blue and she is trying to admit her feelings and trying to stop it all...cut the virus from it's source...But love isn't a virus! Blue tells herself all of these things in her head while she listens to Yellow attempting nothing, it'll just make her...worse! And desperate!
"So Blue, I don't think we should talk to each other anymore..."
"Yellow, I-"
"I know...You hate me...I don't know why I ever thought I would be a good ruler..." And Yellow left to her own room.
Peering around the corner, the Pearls: Yellow's Pearl and Blue's Pearl were devising a plan as they begin to cry from Blue's emotional wreckage.
