Yellow stormed through the halls, her Pearl on her shoulder. Blue slipped towards White's voice, her Pearl sitting atop her chest.
They ran full-speed into each other and hugged the biggest hug, stronger than any gem, even the corrupted ones! They both had tears welling up between their tightly-shut eyes. Blue began to speak, stuttering, "Y-y-yuor words, I-I f-f-felt them-m--" But Blue Pearl cut her off with a, "My Diamond, don't worry..."
The Pearls smirked at each other, and looked at White Diamond. She had a small face of worry and disgust at the same time on her face. But then she saw the Pearls and just smiled. Not a fake one though-a real, loving, and caring one.
The hug lasted ages. It felt like it and it was it. They hugged for over 3 years, leaving all colonies up to White, which was pretty difficult considering her long nails.
Finally, Yellow pulled out of the hug and started at Blue; and she stared back. She then closed her eyes, a smile beginning to form-the rainbow showing up on the rain cloud. Yellow then reached back in and gave her a kiss. It could have lasted forever, but it didn't; only for a few minutes.
Yellow and Blue went to their rooms and brought their screens to where they hugged. It was almost like they knew exactly where the other was going. They opened their screens when they saw each other and combined them-combining all of their data and colonies. The screen turned green.
They tightly held each others hands with a look in their eyes-a look like, "forever."
"This way," Blue started, "We can work together and never leave each others sides." Yellow finished. They had another warm hug for a few seconds when their gems began to glow green.
