It was Kyrie's first jab at the NBA. Not as a player, but as a medical staff. Built-up in his chest with anxiety, excitement and fear. And, one of his Best friends- a much more experienced and well-known physiotherapist- Steph Curry could sense it from a mile away.

As they jumped out of the staff-van Kyrie walked quickly ahead, jumpy and flustered. All these years of studying the anatomy of the human body, Kyrie could finally put it to good use. His breaths were shallow, his face was in a deep red flush.

Stephen let out a small chuckle before grabbing Kyrie's shoulders from behind while he walked earning a little, "EEk! What the fuck Steph!?" he jittered out as he turned around.

Stephen let out a hollow laugh as his hazel gaze scanned the ruffled up Irving. Kyrie looked like he was about to head to his first job interview: a dark tuxedo fitted over his plain shirt which was slightly untucked, a carefully placed chain along his neck, sterling silver earrings, red-tinted face. He had the whole look going and Steph couldn't help but laugh again as he patted the shoulder of a frowning Kyrie.

"You look as nervous as the receptionist when Bradley Beal comes over for delivery!" Steph mused wrapping an arm around his close friend.

"You mean Mr.Wall?" Kyrie asked as they walked down the hall. "Yeah, just call 'em John," Steph grinned, "You're so formal Kyrie."

"I-I need to be," Kyrie said, confused. Stephen laughed again, "That's cute."

Today, they were assigned to the Brooklyn Nets. Kyrie was relieved he knew someone there- his best friend since high school, Kevin Durant. But, they were assigned to both teams due to a medical shortage. So, today...

"The lakers!" Steph exclaimed shaking Kyrie's shoulder. Kyrie jolted, his eyes darted immediately towards Steph's pointer finger and out of the hall, several Lakers players strode out in their full gold and purple glory.

But there was one man, greater than the rest. He almost looked like a messiah, Kyrie could've sworn he was glowing. He looked bigger and stronger in real life and Kyrie didn't even know that was possible.

He stared at the full mocha 6'9ft man in his full radiance, it was much better than he thought in real life. It was good almost too good, was Kyrie blushing? Oh God he might embarrass himself in front of THE LeBron James.

He took in a sharp breath and before LeBron could turn the corner Kyrie grabbed Steph by the arm and ran into the nearest room and slammed the door closed in a panic.

Steph shook his head in shock, "Kyrie what the fuck? We need to introduce ourselves! President Chris is so gonna kill us for lack of interaction."

Kyrie caught his breath and ran his hands over his face still blushing, "Oh God that's LeBron James!"

"Yes, yes it is! Kyrie this is your job, you need to calm down!" Kyrie fanned himself by tugging at his collar, "Sorry I'm just... a ... a huge fan," Kyrie muttered, taking a huge swallow.

Steph laughed, "I think I could tell. I remember the first time Iman came in with a fractured arm and you had to go out and get some air."

Kyrie sighed, embarrassed, "Chris and CJ still make fun of me for that."

"You get used to it newbie," Steph smiled, crossing his arms, "Damn you haven't even met the big boss yet."

Kyrie furrowed his eyebrows as he looked into Steph's eyes, "The... The big boss?" Steph snorted and lifted an eyebrow, "You don't know the big boss? The boss of President Chris? He kinda... owns our whole Sports Therapy franchise."

Kyrie slowly shook his head. "Damn, Ky you've been here for a month and you don't know the boss of our boss?"

"Just give me a name," Kyrie snapped. Steph shooks his head, "Tsk tsk tsk." Kyrie's eye twitched.

"Jimmy Butler," Stephen finally said. Kyrie tried to shuffle his thoughts but he gave up and shook his head, "Never heard of him."

Steph puffed out a breath with his cheeks, putting his hands on his hips, "Well you will hear from him soon if you keep freaking out like this... now, let's greet our players."
