"Okay for homework tonight is page 253 numbers 1-5 in the textbook and remember that the dance is next Saturday" Mrs. Meyer said to the whole class.

************BELL RINGS************

My friend mike and I, were walking in the hallway as my boyfriend came up to me, kissed me slowly on my lips and handed me a Starbucks cup that said "will you go to the dance with me?" Then as if magic he had a single red rose in his hand. I thought to myself that the way he asked was really funny but I loved it and with his beautiful smile and the rose in his hand, I couldn't of said no.

"Yes" I said as I took the rose and threw myself in to his arms, kissing him.

My friend angel came and picked me up, so that we can go to the mall.

"So did you get asked to the dance yet" angel said as we went to Starbucks.

"YES" I screamed.

"FINALLY, WHO" She screamed.

"My boyfriend, Hunter" I said in a calm voice. She already knew him but I loved saying my boyfriend and then his name in a sentence.

"Your boyfriend is hot, you have a awesome taste in boys" she said then ordering her Starbucks.

"Oh well thank you" I said then ordering my Starbucks. We then went to forever 21 to get some high-waisted shorts.

"Should I get these 2 pairs of shorts" I said. One of the pairs were white and the other one was a very dark blue.

"Yes they're really pretty" she said.

"Okay" I said. I went to try them on and they fit perfectly. I bought them and we left because angel didn't find any thing that she liked.

"Oh my god, that dress would look beautiful on you," angel said. We went into the store and I tried it on.

"It fits perfectly, should I get this for the dance?" I said

"Yes, Hunter would think you would look sexy, not that he think that 24/7" she said.

"I can't, I don't have enough money" I said.

"I'm going to buy it for you for a early holiday present, it only $30 " she said

"Thank you so much" I said. We went to the car because my mom called and told me she had to tell me something.

That was the best day I had since... well a long time.

"ASHLEY" I heard my mom scream as I walked in the door.

"IM UPSTAIRS, COME UP HERE PLEASE" My mom screamed.

"Hi mom" I said.

"Hi honey, there is no easy way to say this but we are moving to California" she said.

"What, why?" I said

"Because of my job, the company is moving to California. School ends in 2 weeks so we are going to leave then" she said

"Okay" I said. Then I went in to my room and started to cry because things were starting to get better and now I have to leave them.
