Chapter 3- Are You Okay?

Two chapters in one night? Ya, there are. I want more people to read my story ! :) enjoy. This is going to be kinda sad.. Heres a long chapter !

I'm actually really nervous to see Alice right now. And i don't know why. Like shes my bestfriend. As i walked up to the door, i started getting even more nervous. Okay Scarlett, you're not just meeting Alice, you have been bestfriends forever. I need to calm down. Then the door flung open. 

"Hi Mrs.Allen. Is Alice home? Is she okay? " 

"Oh hi Scarlett, i didn't expect you to be here. I don't think this is a good time to see Alice. She's very sick and I dont want you to catch anything from her." 

"Oh it;s okay Mrs.Allen. Really. I need to give her the homework shes missed and catch her up on school gossip." 

"Scarlett, how many times have i told you to just call me Jan? Okay, but not for long. I'm heading out now, so you better be gone when i come back in a couple of hours!" 

"I'll start calling you Jan, when you start calling me Scar!" 

"Okay Scar, i'll talk to you later!" Mrs. Allen, or Jan, was like a asecond mom to me. She was such a nice lady and welcomed me into her home anyday. Even when Alice was sick. So i'm kinda scared about going to see Alice now. Jan was really nervous about me going to see her. 

As I was walking to Alices bedroom, I hear crying in the bathroom. Thats strange. I've never seen Alice so upsett to the pint where she was crying like this. The only time i saw her cry was when her Grandpa died a couple months back. 

I lightly tapped on the door " Alice? Are you okay?" 

"Scar? Why are you here? you can leave. I don't want you to see me like this"

"Alice. dont be foolish. What are you doing in there? please let me in!" 

"No Scarlett. Seriously leave me alone.!" Something was really wrong. They always had spare keys for each door in there house. And ofcourse, I knew where each of them were! 

I opened the door to the bathroom, and i wish i hadn't. Alice was sitting on the ground. Crying, with blood dripping off of her badly cut wrist. I was in shock. I didn't even know my mouth was hanging open until she started screaming at me to leave. 

"ALICE! what the hell are you doing?" I rushed over her to take the blade out of her hand. 

"Scarlett, I don;t know what to do with myself anymore!" Alice was the most strongest woman i knew. I dont know how she could do this to herself, or why she cracked. 

"Alice.. why are you doing this?" I was now taking a damp cloth to wash the blood off of her and put some bandaids on the cuts. I had to pick her up off the bathroom floor and put her in her room. Thank god she wasn't a heavy girl. 

"Now Alice. Tell me. Why are you doing this?" She wouldn't respond. "Alice. tell me. We're bestfriend. You can tell me ANYTHING!" She still kept her mouth shut. "Alice. Tell me what the fuck you're doing this!" 

"Amber." That bitch. 

"What about Amber, what is she doing to you, what is she saying to you?" 

"Do you really want to know? You're going to think i'm stupid for doing this, or you're just going to agree with Amber." 

"Do you really think I, Scarlett Lawrie would ever, im my whole life. Agree with whatever that skank says?" 

"She told me I could never have a chance with Harry Styles. She told me I was too ugly and fat to ever be with him. And that i should of never gotten those tickets to meet him. She told me that i was worthless and a nobody would ever love me because i was a hideous, worthless piece of shit. She also told me I was the one to make my Grandpa have a heart attack because he couldn't live with a dicgrace in his family. She then decided to shove me into a locker and tell everyone I kissed my science teacher." 

How could she say that? How did she find out all of Alices weak spots? She loved Harry Styles and thought she would be perfect with him. She was so gorgeous with her big green eyes and long blonde hair. She definatly was not an ugly person. And her Grandpa died from lung cancer. Not a heart attack. She also hated having rumors spread about her. That was the one thing she dispised the most. 

"Oh Alice. Don't listen to her" I said while embracing her into a huge hug. " Those things are not true. She's just jelous of you., believe me.you are an amazing human being and have such a beautiful soul. Don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. and trust me. your not fat at all. " I picked up her wrists and looked deeply at what she'd done to herself  "Alice, If you ever do anything like this again. I'm going to kill you" 

Her mom opened the door to Alices room. 

"Hi Mrs. Allen, i was just leaving. "

"Yes, Scarlett. Thats a good idea. I hope you had a good visit." 

"Yes, i did." I walked out of Alices room, before i left turned to Alice and gave her a smile that told her she could tell me everything, and i would always be on her side.
