During this Quarantine, I have learned how to take care of my hair, skin, body, and nails. Before, I used to neglect myself and my urgent need for some personal attention.
I was so busy with life that I just thought maybe later or tomorrow, well, I can tell you first hand it will keep being delayed, so do it when you have a chance.
Before this Quarantine my hair was thinning at an alarming rate, I never grew my nails I bit them with all my anxiety and stress from school, I never moisturized my body leaving it dry and never really took care of my skin washing it once a day and not caring much for it.
Now I put oil on my hair regularly, and it is thickening, my nails are growing and look very lovely, my body feels nice and soft with the cream I use daily when I get changed, and I apply face masks to cleanse my skin every once in a while and also wash it with care and love.
But don't just do personal care for yourself do it for others too, so you can show others that you care for yourself and dont only work- You can make time for yourself and trust me when you take care of yourself you feel good. It motivates you to work harder in school, work, or in relationships or forgetting something that you want.
Take care of yourself because neglecting yourself is the worst thing you can ever do even ten minutes a week of pampering yourself will help you in the long term!
