Kairi watched the bold words fade from his screen as it switched from the group chat to his homepage.
"Bxby.Kairi"
Was his supposedly username for his supposedly account. It made sense though. On every account he'd make on a social media app he'd name himself something along the lines of that if the username wasn't taken already. But of course it was different for this app.
He had no memories of this app even existing so of course he couldn't have made this account. But maybe...
Kairi put his phone down beside him. He had been thinking about what Alejandro said.
"We don't know who this person is and what they're capable of so for all we know they could go and harass Mattia."
"Could go and harass Mattia."
Those few words boomed into his mind. He hated that Alejandro listened to a little lie and also accused him of harassing that brat, Jenna. But it was a whole different story if he thought he'd harass Mattia.
How could Alejandro think such a thing? I love Mattia, I could never hurt him. Kairi dismissed the thought and picked his phone back up. He looked at his alerts and saw that Mattia and the others had followed "his account" except Alejandro. He clicked on Mattia's profile and hesitantly hovered his finger of the chat logo. Taking in a deep breath, he tapped on it.
They didn't seem to know who I am right? Maybe I could use this to my advantage...
Kairi texted out a simple hi and sent it. To his surprise Mattia texted him back right away.

Kairi's cheeks flushed a bright red as a wide grin appeared on his face but slowly disappeared as he read the words on his screen again.
Oh right. He thinks I'm a girl. Kairi sighed at the thought. So he does like girls.
