You've all heard mysterious crime stories, some of you simply just don't care, some of you worry, and some of you wonder how it all happened. In any of these cases, or a case that hasn't been solved to be exact, do you wonder "Who knows these answers to these mysteries?" I certainly do, in this book, the people here would most definitely ask the same things. Prepare to listen to one of the most questioning mysteries found in any book you read.
It was a cold, windy night, about 11:30 when the door creaked. she thought nothing of it, "maybe it was the wind perhaps? It's be swishing all night." The creak got louder, and louder then I heard a footstep and a person approach her.. "Who are you!? What are you doing!?" Like that, she was gone.
"Where is my daughter? What happened to her!" A woman screamed. Everyone stared at the extremely despaired lady. The FBI member looked at the head police, "I assume this is her mother, ma'am do you know this young lady?" The FBI member showed her a picture of the missing girl. "Yes! It is" She said desperately. The FBI member responded in sadness "I'm afraid your daughter was kidnapped by an unknown man, don't worry, the government has open the case." The lady stared at them in dis-belief. "Why?" she said to herself "Why did this happen to our family?" The lady cried her eyes out, nothing like this has ever happened in the town before.
"Mom what happened, where is Lacey?" A girl cried. The lady looked at her in sorrow. "She's missing." Those are the words which changed my life forever.
