It was just another day in the little mountain town of South Park, Colorado. Everyone was going about their daily lives the way they normally do. But if you live in South Park, then you know that it's never a normal day here, especially for four certain boys. Ten-year-old boys Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick were currently sitting in the principle's office after their latest crazy mishap. Everyone in South Park Elementary knew these boys had a reputation of getting into crazy and unexplained misadventures, so getting into trouble like this was nothing new. They have always went through the worst together and tried to make it out alive (except for Kenny sometimes). Even after the town went through some changes, they always go through anything as a team. But today, everything is about to change for them and their friends.

Right now, PC Principle, Vice Principle Strong Woman, Counselor Mr. Mackey were interrogating the boys on what happened. "Do you boys care to explain how you caused a huge food explosion in the cafeteria and almost broke the school?!" PC Principle roared at them with rage. The boys sat there for a moment trying to find the words until finally Cartman spoke up. "PC Principle, I just want to say for the record, this was all Kyle's fault." Then Kyle glared at him and yelled "What! You're the one who had the fireworks in your backpack!" Stan backed him up by saying "Yeah! Why did you even bring them anyway?" "I just wanted to make the next pep rally more exciting like we agreed. I didn't think they would blow up while eating lunch." Cartman said in defense. Kenny ranted something in a muffled voice and Stan said "Kenny's right. That didn't mean you had to bring explosive fireworks to school, much less pack them with a lighter." "Hey! It wouldn't have even started if one of you hadn't sat on my backpack." Said Cartman. The four of them kept going at it until Mackey finally decided to intervene. "That's enough mkay. You boys have caused a lot of trouble for this school and your classmates before, but this is the last straw. We think we may have a way to end it." Stan, Kyle, Eric, and Kenny just stared at them until Kyle asked "What do you mean?" Strong Women stepped up and said "He means we're planning to send you four to separate behavior camps for kids. Maybe you'll all learn to not cause trouble if you're away from each other."

The four boys were shocked to hear that they were planning to split them up. "WHAT! You can't just split us up!" Stan shouted in distress. "Can't we get another chance or something?!" Cartman demanded. But Mr. Mackey just said, "Sorry boys, but you had plenty of chances and you messed them all up. When are any of you gonna learn to change?" The boys just looked down for a minute until Kyle decided to make a suggestion. "Wait, what if we find something else to help us change without splitting up. If we do then can you reconsider sending us to different behavior camps?" PC, Strong Woman, and Mr. Mackey looked at each other for a moment until PC said, "You really mean it? Actually, clean up your acts for good?" Stan, Kyle, Eric, and Kenny nodded their heads quickly and agreed. While still looking stern, PC finally said, "Alright. If any of you boys can find anything that will change behavior for better by next Friday, then you can try that. But if you don't, then you're all gonna spend your summer vacation away from each other."  The four boys agreed with some worry in their eyes.

Meanwhile, as the boys were receiving their punishment, a group of their classmates were helping to clean up the mess in the cafeteria. Among the group was the counterpart of Stan's group: Craig Tucker, the leader who is mostly logical and indifferent in situations. Clyde Donovan, one of his best friends and not one of the brightest kids in class. Token Black, the richest kid in town and one of the only black kids, so this sets him apart from the rest of his peers. Jimmy Valmer, their crippled friend on crutches who is also their resident comedian. Last but not least, Tweek Tweak (Yes, he has the same first name as his last), Craig's boyfriend and the most nervous boy in school who twitches from drinking too much coffee. They normally don't get into any craziness like the other boys do, but they still get their fair share of trouble now and then.
