The Stage

It was a normal day. The sun is shining and the birds are singing.

At least it was normal for the people of the land. Well all but one girl.

Her boyfriend has been working hard as of late so instead of going out he suggested that they hang out at his work place. It may not have been the most professional opinion but nether was the pop star in question.

He worked hard and loved his job, but he loved his girlfriend and lover more than anything he could have ever do or ever be able to express on stage at a concert.

He wanted some alone time with her. Some time to just stare into her beautiful e/c eyes, maybe just for a moment, a moment to take with him for the rest of his life.

So began his mission to make this happen. After practicing his lyrics for the show at 9:00Am at lest a hundred times. He cleared the stage if all the wanderfull crew members. Ever time they had a show the men and women working for him would set up the equipment. Tonight was a small event, they would only have around 100 people attending.

So after the crew members left Kurama started his plan to spend time with his lovely girl. He had been planning this all day. He wanted to have a picnic on the stage. He ran back stage and behind the curtain. He walked to the costume part of the back stage and there was a beautiful weaved basket waiting for him, just as he had left it that morning.

He went over to the basket and picked it up. And walked back over to the stage.

He found the part of the floor that did have any equipment on it and placed the basket down.

The drown - red head opened the basket. His hair covering his eyes as he did so. He pulled a neatly folded red blanket out of the basket. He opened his blanket and spread it onto the floor.

After that he set up the rest of the things the basket had been holding.

Some fresh fruits.

Pineapples, Apple slices, strawberries, grapes, and some tea that he had made the morning before.

He placed them all on the blanket. A long with some cheese squares, pretzel's and lastly a couple of cupcakes for dessert.

All of there favorites.

He was excited, he didn't know why exactly, but he was. This wasn't the most expensive thing he'd ever done nor was it the most flashy. And from that fact, he was a little nervous.

Normally Kurama was the type of person to make things flashy and stand out. The many different rings on his fingers were proof of that. But today he wanted to try something else, something that made everything seem small and simple. To take a breath of air from all the chaos his popstar life dose and will bring him.

Kurama had told you to meet him at 2:00 for a surprise.

It was now 1:45. You were running from your house. Your mother had keeped you for too long and now you were running late.
