The concept of evolution has been prevalent in many cultures in history. Once you die, your mere essence leaves your plane of existence. The existence you consciously experience isn't the end point. There is always more, equating that your essence is immortal, and that death is only temporary.
This, henceforth, will always be a debatable topic, because the dead that transcends will never be able to tell us. Their plane of existence is so above the living and we will never hear their silent, willful message. The dead have nothing to say to us, simply because their being is too simple and pure.
Just as purity is attainable by retiring your physical body, so is impurity. To dwell in the flesh's ideals while in a transcended state of existence is seen as the biggest waste of all. There is a gray area between impurity and mistake.
Evolving your essence while still in the state of the flesh is something unknown to man. We may try time and time again, but it is something we can never truly understand while in the flesh. Nature, however, understands far more than we could ever imagine.
Man-made compounds will always have a consequence. Nature will humble us and remind us of how much we don't know about the world around us. The line between life and death could easily be defined by the death of cells rather than complete metamorphosis. But it to see it in such a way adds to the ignorance of life. Emotion and logic must go hand in hand with an ordeal like this. The mistake in the cells of a human being can affect the way their essence may or may not ascend. It can all happen in a complex and premeditated plan, or simply by someone being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
