Assiah, or Earth, is such a wonderful place! Creatures known as humans, dwell on this planet. To demons, humans are weak, feeble creatures that should be under Satan's control. To angels, humans are creatures worth protecting, and should be given help in gaining happiness.

Due to their differences, the two races despise each other with a passion. Back in the days, before exorcists, angels would come and aid humankind  when demons crossed the Gate. Soon, they began to hunt demons all over the blue planet, seeing that it made the humans feel safe and happy.

Satan,the king of demons, began to get quite annoyed that the majority of his demons were being killed by angels. After 50 years of waiting, he finally created a very powerful army. He sent the army to Tengoku(heaven). There, he declared war on the angels. And this is where our story begins.

Melody(The most powerful female angel) POV

I hold my week old baby in my arms, as i watch the people outside the castle walls. My name is Melody Angelheart (sorry for my cheesiness >.<), and I am the queen of angels. Of course the Lord is the supreme ruler of us, so we are his protectors.

For the most part, our land is at peace. But recently, Tengoku has been in panic, creating a lot of work for my husband Percy. Demons, are the cause of this fear. It's always demons. Whether it be harming the innocent people of Assiah, or killing one of our own. They don't ever stop causing trouble or fear. But this time is by far the worst.

Somehow, demons have been entering Tengoku and steel my peoples children. From what He has told us, the demons turn the children into Fallen. Fallen are angels that transfer from good to evil. Pure white wings turn to soot black. Powers of healing turn to powers of destruction. And that is why i hold my precious daughter, Kristina, so close to me. She is so vulnerable, and may be the most powerful of us all. I look down at the sleeping child, looking at her peaceful features. Oh, how i wish for all people of all races to live peaceful together. But that's impossible, because of the...

"Milady! Demons are in Tengoku, and have demanded an audience with the Guardians." A guard yells as he enters my room. Terror enters my body. What do they want? "Lady Melody,  all the demons are armed and shielded. A war is upon us..." he pauses before suggesting what I've been dreading "Shall we go through with Last Hope?" i would be a fool to think that the demons are here to have a cup of tea. They are here for war, for our blood.

"Yes, we shall go through with Last Hope. Gather the selected and please bring King Percy to the sending point." i command the man.

"yes milady." and he closes the door. I swiftly get out of my chair with my child in hand, and i head for the sending point. Soon, my daughter and the other 49 selected, will be on Assiah. They will protect the humans from Satan's wrath, and  may never set foot in Tengoku again. For the Guardian angels are going to war with the demons, and we may very well have to sacrifice our lives to extinguish all evil from His land.
