Highschool DxD: Chance of Survival

Prologue: New Beginning

AN: Hey guys! A pleasure to meet you here. This is my first story so if I messed something up, please point it out. Also, please excuse my for the faulty grammars and spellings. Btw, this is a revised story.

Disclaimer: I only own the plot and the other characters. The highschool dxd characters belongs to Ichiei Ishibumi and the pictures all belong to their respective owners.

Now unto the story.

The red blood full moon shone gloriously in the cold night sky. Two hooded men can be seen standing in a pool of blood that covers the ground of the village. Dead bodies of male and female that ranges from babies to senior citizens which were either headless or cut in half, are scattered across the village. Along with wrecked buildings, farms and trees.

"Hey 'Raven', don't you think the moon fits this messed up situation?" the taller of the two melancholy said while looking at the moon. The tall man who seems to be in his early twenties can be seen holding a sword in his right hand and has a visible T tattoo located at the top right of his neck.

"..." the other man now known as 'Raven' didn't respond as he just stared at the corpses. This man who seems to be in his late teens, also has a tattoo located at the back of his right hand, an R tattoo. The tall man look his way as he noticed the lack of response.

"'Raven', we have no choice but to kill them. They were already marked by that accursed man." The man said to 'Raven' in a consoling manner also with a hint of anger in his tone while clenching his hands. Though, it is more like for himself than for 'Raven'.

"I know 'Tiger' but it doesn't lessen the guilt I'm feeling." 'Raven' solemnly said while closing the eyes of the dead girl.

As he was doing this, 'Tiger' started to walk away. "Lets go Mikel. Let's regroup for now." he said while walking.

"I swear, I will end this." 'Raven' said as he look at the corpses. 'Mom just wait a little longer.' 'Raven' mused to himself while looking at the beautiful red blood moon then he started to walk away from the village.

All the while, his eyes shifts from his pitch black eyes to slitted blood red eyes and the pool of blood started to gather and entered his body unnoticed to him and 'Tiger'.

The summer afternoon sun bathed the buildings of the city in its hot light. Osaka, a beautiful bustling city in Japan that's full of emotions, from the happiest to the saddest of emotion. But there's this one particular place that's even more active and full of activities than the other places of Osaka. This place is just 1/4 of the total area of Osaka.

This place is called the "Accepted Outsiders". The reason for this name is because it accepts all supernatural beings, from gods to yokai and the three well-known factions. But it is rare for gods to even visit the human realm because they have their own realm. Unless there's something they want to do in the human realm.

The humans who live in the Accepted Outsiders are not just any humans, they know and accept wholeheartedly the supernatural world. However, they can't just tell anyone about the supernatural world because it can cause disruption of peace in the human realm.

"Move it you brats! We don't have all day!" A midget fat man shouted who looks to be in his late forties. He is walking on the street along with the 5 children he kidnapped while scolding and whipping them who were slowing down. His right hand is holding the whip whilst the left hand is holding the end of the rope that connects to the neck of the children.
