Chapter 1

"Hey Yu-Chan, don't be sad" The girl comforted her younger friend, "just because I'm going to high school tomorrow doesn't mean you're not my friend anymore."

"It...It doesn't?" Yuki stared up at the older girl, tears falling from her eyes, "but the school is so far away..." she looked away, eyes filled with disappointment.

"Of course not. We've been best friends since birth after all." She smiled down at Yuki, "Plus you'll be going to high school in two years, and maybe you can come to the same school as me"

Yuki was filled with excitement at the idea of going to the same high school as her dear best friend.

It wasn't something she had thought about yet.

"Karasuno High school, right?"

"That's right Yu-Chan!"

"Hey, why do you want to go there anyway?" Yuki grumbled, still not too fond of the situation, "It's so far away, and you're going to have to dorm there"

The older girl blushed at the question, turning her head away, not wanting to show her embarrassment to her friend.

"It's just that....err.." The girl twirled her fingers not wanting to answer the question... "An old senpai of mine goes to school there...I think"

"A boy?!" The older girl nodded. "You're chasing a boy to high school? How unlike you!!" Yuki giggled at the thought of her friend, her shy, "doesn't step out of her comfort zone" friend is going to high school hours away so that she can see a boy.

"Hey, dont get the wrong idea Yu, we're in love..." she hid her face behind her bag, but Yuki could still see the tips of her ears turn red.

Yuki smiled, "well atleast you're going to be in good hands then. Just promise me one thing, shi-chan?"

"What is it?"

"Just don't forget about me?" Yuki smiled up at her tall friend, tears streaming down her bright green eyes.

The older girl pulled Yuki in for a tight hug, "I could never forget about you"

"I'm glad, Shimizu" She pulled away, "I'll never forget about you either."

As the girls finally went their seperate ways, Yuki never thought that that would be the last time she would ever get to hug her best friend.

But it was.

2 Years Later

Hayashi Yuki was a shy girl. She didn't think of anyone as a friend, not since Shimizu moved to Miyagi and never came back.

She didn't blame her, of course. She probably found the love of her life at Karasuno like she had planned, and just forgot about her friend back at home.

Yuki was a strong girl. Sure, she was timid, and didn't have any close friends, but other than that, she was independent and kind and rather charismatic when she wanted to be.

Although, more often than not, she decided to just keep quiet. It's not like she was mute or anything. She talked to her parents, and her little sister, and her teachers, but she couldn't be bothered to talk to anybody else.

'What's the point of making friends if you can't keep them?'

That's the mindset Yuki had since her best friend since birth, the girl she did absolutely everything with, told everything to, disappeared only one day after their last conversation.

No texts...
No calls...
No emails...

It was so unlike Shimizu, especially after she made a promise. Yuki was certain that the older, black haired girl did in fact end up at Karasuno, and it was extremely out of character for her to just leave her friend behind like that.

That's why Yuki has made the decision to go to Karasuno High school. Sure, it was hours away, and she would have to move to the school, but it was worth it.

Yuki was going to find out what happened to her friend, one way or another.

So as of this April, Yuki was moved into a dorm at Karasuno High School, and her first official day as a first year was approaching fast.

She just got here so she hadn't had time to look for her older friend, who would now be a third year, but she was sure that in just a few days she would be found and everything could return back to normal.

She was bound to find Shimizu sometime...

Hey y'all, starting another story because I have once again gotten myself stuck in a hole oF Haikyuu and we all know that Tsukishima fucking Kei has my entire fucking heart.

I can't help myself .
Writing this shit before I post it so it doesn't end up like my other stories.

Btw idk if Karasuno has dorms but I'm going with it because plot
