Your POV

6:00am

I woke up a bit earlier than usual to put a little more effort into my appearance. I did my normal routine except this time I added some blush, and mascara. I also straightened my naturally curly hair which took a bit longer than I expected. I put on my uniform and went downstairs. "Good morning Lil." "Good morning sweetie." I grabbed my lunch and was out the door at 6:45am. I texted Cooper, "Good morning:) I'm leaving now I'll see you in a little bit." he replied with "good morning and perfect. You don't have to tell me when you're here since I can hear your car from 3 streets away;)"I put his address in the GPS and was on my way.

He was already standing outside holding his board. I unlocked the door for him and he said "Thank you madame. I was right by the way." "About what?" "About me being able to hear your car from a mile away." We both laughed when I broke the laughing spell with, "So who's on AUX?" "This old thing has AUX?!" he said surprised. "Yes, now connect your phone bluetooth to 'pimp mobile' please." He cackled and played the song "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes.

"I want Starbucks." I say. "Me too." Cooper says. I looked at the clock and it was 7:03. Our first class doesn't start till 7:45 and Cooper lives fairly close to the school. We began to drive listening to some really good indie music. I didn't know we had such similar tastes in music. We got to the Starbucks drive thru and ordered. I got a venti iced vanilla latte with soy milk and Cooper got the same thing. I paid and we were back on the way to school. Once we arrived, Cooper said he could see the boys standing by Ted's truck and he told me to rev the engine so they can be jealous. I revved the engine super loud which seemed to get their attention. I put the car in park, grabbed my drink and bag from the backseat and we walked over to greet the boys. "Oh you just think you're SOOOOOOO cool don't you Y/n?" "You know Theodore, there's a difference between thinking and knowing." everyone laughs. Cooper thanked me for the ride and I replied "Anytime." It was 7:30 and time to head in.

Cooper's POV

7:30am

"Can I walk you to class?" I said to her smiling. "Duh," she responded. "We still have a second so come with me to my locker." I obliged and followed her. Her locker had pictures of album covers with bands she likes which are literally the same ones I do, who knew we had the same taste in music? She fixed her hair in the little mirror and grabbed her Advanced Chemistry books. It made me a little sad however. Because she's so smart and in all advanced classes, I'll never have any classes with her. I walked with her to her class and said "I'll see you at lunch dude." "Bye dude have fun in class." she said with a little smile. I never noticed her adorable dimples until then. If I wasn't falling for her before, I definitely am now.

Your POV

11:30am

I went to my locker from biology and grabbed my lunch box and some cue cards I made the night before. I headed down to the caf. and saw the boys. I sat down next to Cooper and Charlie and said "Greetings fellas." They all replied in their own special way. Schlatt said "M'lady." Noah said "Hello y/n." and Ted said "Howdy partner," and winked. I giggled and opened my lunch box to get my food. Travis says "Hey Y/n before you got here we were talking about hanging out tonight at the marina. We can get iced cream and skate or bike there from the shop. What do you think? Can you come?" I thought about it for a minute. I did have to study tonight. "What time were you guys thinking of going?" I asked. "Around 6, does that sound good to you?" I could study as soon as I got home till 5:30 and I should be good. "Totally I'll be there." The rest of lunch was chill. They just ate and talked while I studied. After the warning bell Cooper walked me to class and said, "Good luck nerd." and walked away while smirking. He's actually adorable.

After calculus I drove home and walked into the kitchen. "Hi daddy, where are you going?" I sat on the counter and he told me about his emergency overnight he just got called in for. I told him about the boys and how I'm finally starting to make friends. He even said I could invite them over on Friday for a pool party. I gave him a hug, "I love you, good luck." "I love you too. Have fun and try not to hurt yourself too bad on that board you klutz." we laughed and he left. I went to my library and started studying. Lillian brought me dinner at 4:30 and I ate it while studying.

I sat there until about 5:30 then went up to my room to change my clothes. I put on a white cropped tank top and a pair of blue skate jeans that were ripped and frayed at the bottom. I paired it with a black belt and my Vans. I left my hair the way it was and told Lillian I was going to skate with my friends and that I'd be home before 9:30. I skated to the iced cream  shop and saw the boys waiting for me.
