chapter 8🍄

Jeongin sat on the white sofa in his friend's living room, staring at his reflection in the black screen of the tv thinking. About what you may ask. Chan. His mind was filled with the thoughts of the older blonde male that he had recently met. He was just so kind it confused the boy. He was kind to everyone he met and it was heart-warming. He would love to know more people that were like Chan. Unfortunately, the world isn't like that. There are many horrible people out there.

It was like a broken CD. The same word being repeated over and over again.

Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan, Chan

Over and over again. It wouldn't stop. He couldn't remove Chan's name, smile, laugh, dimples, everything. Everything.

"Yo Innie?" Jeongin was awoken from his trance by a small hand being waved in front of his face and a worried voice trying to get his attention. "Maybe he's ill. His face is all red" another voice spoke "No, no, no. He's in LoOoOoOve" Another voice piped in. "Guys he's back. Hey Jeong you good?" Felix asked Jeongin nodded "Yeah I'm fine hyung just thinking. Seungmin spoke up "About what Ini-" He was cut off. "I think you mean about who" Jisung said putting emphasis on the 'who' and finishing with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

At Jisung's statement, a blush spread across Jeongin's cheeks. "Hyungs stop" he wined. "Aww is the baby sad" Jisung said mockingly earning a light punch on his shoulder. "Please" Jeongin pouted. The boys stopped immediately. 'Always works' he thought to himself.

The boys sat bored on the couch with nothing to do. "Ugh, we have to find something to do" Jisung announced grabbing his phone. "*gasp* I KNOW!!!!! Let's GO TO THE THEME PARK WITH CHANNIE-HYUNG AND HIS FRIENDS!!!!!" Felix shouted grabbing his phone and messaging Chan.

Chan had replied to Felix's message almost immediately with a 'yes' and so the boys began to get ready.

"Ok guys Channie-hyung just said that he'll meet us here in 2 hours so get ready yall we can't go in our pj's" Felix spoke dragging the boys to his closet picking out clothes for all four of them.

(A/N: They seem to spend a lot of time in the closet. kinda sus ngl)

"Hyung what theme park are we going to?" Jeongin asked as he pulled a hoodie over his head. "Gyeongju world" Felix simply replied. A high pitched squeal left Jisung's mouth as soon as Felix mentioned the theme park. "Shut up" Felix spoke. "Shut up Hyung " Jisung retorted. Felix just rolled his eyes.

(A/N: I just googled South Korean theme parks so I don't know if it's a good theme park or not.)

Chan arrived in his large 7 seater car at 12 pm on the dot. "Uhm Hyung?" Seungmin asked "Hmm" Chan replied "There are 7 seats and 8 of us" Seungmin stated. "Oh uhm I didn't think abo-" He was cut off by Hyunjin "Minnie can sit on my lap" Seungmin blushed but nodded and everyone got settled in the car. Jeongin forgot his phone inside so he went to get it. when he got back the only seat left was the passenger seat next to Chan so reluctantly he sat down. Nervousness surrounded his body and he had no idea why.

He sat next to Chan taking the odd glance at the older Australian male. As he grabbed the steering wheel, Jeongin noticed how Chan's veins protruded along his hands and arms creating a pattern of blues and beiges. 'Fucking hell' he thought to himself as he drew his attention away from the very attractive man sat to his left.

When they arrived at the theme park Jeongin tried to get out the car but was pulled back by a hand grabbing his arm. "I know you were checking me out in the car" Chan spoke with a smirk playing across his full pink lips. Jeongin just blushed and tried to get out of the older's grip. "Hyung please stop your embarrassing me" the younger whined with a pout. "Ok ok, I'll stop. But just so you know" He leaned closer to Jeongin's ear "You're really cute when you're embarrassed" he let go of Jeongin's arm, The younger immediately opened the door and ran out of it towards the other guys with a blush spread across his cheeks. Chan just chuckled.

Soon after Chan headed over to the other 7 who were waiting for him since he agreed (kind of) to pay.

After paying the boys went off in their own separate directions in pairs leaving Chan and Jeongin together. Again. Chan messaged the guys via the group chat they had made earlier that week saying to meet at the restaurant in the x-zone at 4 pm to get food before putting his phone in his pocket and dragging jeongin to the biggest ride insight ignoring the complaints from the younger.

The two skipped the queue with the fast passes that Chan paid for. They put the bag to the side with both of their phones inside and got settled on the seats.

The ride set off, Chan was fine, Jeongin was not. He was screaming so loud you could probably hear him on the other side of the park. He grabbed Chan's arm and hid his face in Chan's shoulder. Chan just allowed him to and slightly laughed at the sight of the boy on his shoulder.

Once the ride came to a stop, Chan got out first and reached a hand out for Jeongin so he could get out. Jeongin was still shaky after he got out so Chan decided on what to do. "Innie do you want to pick what we do next. I'm so sorry for making you go on that ride." Chan spoke nervously rubbing his nape.

"I KNOW!! Let's go on that" Jeongin spoke pointing at the Ferris wheel. Without allowing Chan to answer he grabbed the elder's hand and dragged him to the illuminated wheel.

The two got comfy in the enclosed space as the wheel started to move slowly. Chan looked over at Jeongin seeing stars in his eyes as he looked at the increasingly beautiful view. 'he's beautiful' Chan thought to himself. He cleared his throat and drew his attention back to the view which was nothing compared to the boy sat next to him.
