5:55pm

They didn't want to get iced cream until I got there which was so nice of them. "What're we waiting for let's go get iced cream?!" I exclaimed while leading the way. I was the first in line and I got a scoop of cotton candy in a cup. I thought I'd be nice and surprise the boys so I told the cashier "This, and whatever those 7 boys are getting," I smiled and gave her my card. I went back outside to wait for them and they all came out smiling at me. "You didn't have to do that Y/n. You're so nice what the fuck?!" Noah says handing me my card and sitting next to me. "I know I didn't have to but I wanted to!" I say smiling. Schlatt says, "I didn't know we had a sugar momma?" and he gave me a hug. "Don't mention it boys..." I reply. "...let's go down to the marina!" and everyone got on their bikes and boards. We spent the rest of our time together trying out tricks and messing around. I saw them vaping and I wanted to try it out. I grabbed Coopers Juul and I took a hit. "Minty!" I exclaimed and they all laughed. I had a feeling these guys might stick around.

Cooper's POV

7:30pm

Y/n was literally amazing, and seeing her out of school uniform for the first time low-key made my heart skip a beat. She's also a great skater and I can't wait until we go to the park one day, just the two of us. "Oh by the way fellas, you're all cordially invited to my house for a pool party on Friday." she said which got everyone super excited. Although the boys loved Y/n like a friend, I couldn't help but get a little sad whenever it seemed like Schlatt or Ted were flirting with her. We had a lot of fun fucking around with our boards and bikes, and she even tried to do a hardflip and ended up scraping her knees on the pavement of the marina which was hilarious. After a while she and the boys all had to go home. I offered to skate home with her because it was dark and I didn't want anything to happen to her.

We skated all the way up to a huge older looking mansion in a nice ass gated community. "Welcome to my humble abode." "You never told me you lived at a palace dude what the fuck?!" she wheeze laughed at that. She told me that her dad was an anesthesiologist. "Money isn't really an object to me I guess. But that doesn't mean everything is just handed to me. I have to work really hard at everything I do since my dad is kind of difficult to impress." All of a sudden an older looking lady came out to the driveway where we were talking. "Y/n who is this fine young man you brought with you?" she says. "I'm Cooper ma'am it's very nice to meet you," I said while shaking her hand and smiling. "Well invite him inside it's getting cold Y/n." we laughed and she brought me inside.

"Woah, this place is amazing!" "This is just the kitchen silly. Come on I'll give you a tour." She grabbed my hand and brought me all around the massive house. She showed me her room which was covered in posters and tapestries from floor to ceiling and the slide that connected to another room. "This is my library where I spend all day and night." "It's actually beautiful dude." "Thank you" she smiled. I looked at the time and it was 9:30. "I should probably head home dude." "Oh no it's really dark out Coop, I'll drive you home." "Are you sure? I don't wanna make you do that." "It's no problem at all lemme go tell Lil." She told the lady and we got in the car.

When we got to my driveway she said "I had fun today Coop I should do things like that more often. Before I met you guys I only left my house to go to school and music lessons. Thank you." she hugged me. We stayed like that for a minute before she pulled away. "Goodnight dude." "Goodnight dude," and I walked into my house and leaned against the door. That was it. That was the moment when I realized she was the perfect girl for me. Exactly who I've been looking for my whole life, and she's been there the whole time. I was just too dumb to look in front of me.
