Chapter Seven - First Visit

Tine's cornea turned into the snake's eye, seeing that, the ox demon widened his eyes in surprise and exclaimed.

"Are you the snake demon?" the culprit asked him. "What a coincidence, finally I was given the opportunity to avenge my friend, the rat demon's dead..."

Next Tine's facial and body skin began to turn into green scales, followed by the change of his legs to tails. But that instead make the ox demon look upset and shouted in emotion.

"No...you're not him...you're not the white snake demon, who are you? Tell me where is him?! Where is that bastard?!!"

He threw Tine's half-turned body firmly to the floor behind him. Next, he took out his secret weapon in the form of an ax and was about to chop Tine's body.

Seeing that, Arthit immediately drawn his sword, then shot forward to held the ox demon's ax that almost touched Tine's scales using one hand. While his other hand was holding the white cloth used it to wrap around Tine's body and pull it to a safe location before withdrawing his sword, and let the ax hit the floor.

The floor around the ax cracked and caused the building to shake for seconds as if got a minor earthquake.

Arthit took the opportunity to tie the pendant around Tine's neck as the ox demon tried to pull out his ax which was stuck on the cement floor. Slowly - Tine's body turned back into a human, he slowly opened his eyes to look at Arthit and seemed to regain his strength.

"P'Arthit..." called Tine quietly.

"You are okay?"

"Thank you..." Tine said, nodding lightly, then released himself from the cloth.

"Who are you? How dare you to interfere in my business!!!"

Arthit turned to him and replied. "Why did you kill an innocent life? Aren't you also wish to become a human?" Arthit raised his volume. "Then why did you killed the female student?!"

"Those teenagers are brainless, they do not know how to respect the elder and treat others like a shit, they need to be taught a lesson or two..."

"Then teach them patiently, show them that demon got a well-manner than human, make them surprised by it..."

The Ox demon shortly cut him. "They don't deserve my time and patience, it would be easy to kill them and make them know that demons can't be treated as jokes..."

"Then why you want to kill your own kind?" Arthit pointed at Tine. "Does he also offended you by accidentally bite your tail?"

"Because he's the snake demon!!!" snapped the ox. "I'll like to kill all the snakes in the world to revenge my best friend, rat..."

"In that case, you should avenge the one who killed your friend, don't be a loser!" Arthit sneered then showed his true form to the monster.

"So you're the white snake?!" exclaimed the ox demon while pointing the tip of his ax at Arthit and snorted in furious.

"Finally I can get revenge after thousands of years..." he immediately attacked Arthit.

But Arthit smoothly dodged his every move. "You waited for thousands of years just to kill me?" Arthit grinned. "I'm truly honored..."

"Shut up!!" he growled. "I'll kill you and reclaimed the deity body and pearl of rat demon you stole!!!"

"What did you mean?" Arthit retorted. "I didn't steal them..."

"Don't quibble!" said Ox Demon while swinging the ax at him "The deity body and pearl of the rat gone after he dies...surely it was you who stole it and hid it, later used it to escape from the palace..."
