Grind is an informal way to greet someone. You would use this word with friends and people who are younger then you. This word simply means meeting or we meet.
Nice to meet you - Paaz shul grind
These words mean fair sun meet. You can use this phrase when first meeting someone.
Good day - Paaz sul
If you are greeting someone you might say Paaz sul!
Good night - Paaz vulon
If you want to tell someone goodnight you could say paaz vulon!
Farewell - Lok, Thu'um
Another phrase you most likely will hear Paarthurnax say. These words mean Sky above, voice within.
I am good - Zu'u Pruzah
If someone asked you how you are you could say this.
