Izuku's POV
//4 years later//
"Momma!!Momma!!"I heard Kiyo squeal and I knew something was wrong.I groaned before getting up and looking at him.
"What's wrong Kiyo?"I asked before I heard a creaking noise from downstairs.
"Where's Riku?"I asked and Riku popped in.
"There are people downstairs,"at this point we were all whispering.
"People?"I asked before hearing voices.
"Anyone home!!!"A man's voice rang out and it wasn't a happy man.
"Kiyo, Riku hide in the closet."I whispered and they nodded before they hid behind the closet door.I slid out a box that held onto a small gun.I took it out before trying to contact Shoto telepathically before pointing the gun up and checking the area until looking down toward the 2nd floor.There was a guy and for a second he didn't see me until that second was over and he looked up.
"Fuck.Guy has a gun!!!"he yelled to, I assume, his partners who were helping in coming into my house for whatever reason.
"Police!Stand down,"I said holding up my badge as I held the gun firmly.
Shoto...please help
"Ha, really, your the Business guys Husband, your an omega, don't worry guys he won't shoot!"I clenched my jaw.I eyed the black bag the Rober was holding and pressed the triger.The shoot rang in the air, loud and clear.The leader stepped back.
"Stand the hell down now before I-!!"I started to threaten until hands grabbed me.For a slim second I thought it was Shoto until their hands grabbed my gun and pressed a sharp blade against my throat.I flinched as my arms contorted toward the man that was holding me.
"Haha, should have shoot me instead of this bag, men ran sack this place!!"The leader shouted before a bang was heard.The robbers looked toward the noise to see none other then My husband, Shoto Todoroki.I felt hope wash over me as he looked at the leader then me and his eyes glow bright red.For a second hope was all I felt.I wish that second was longer then maybe I'd feel that hope.
"You best not step any closer, alpha or your prescios omega with have a nice cut along it's fucking neck,"The leader laughed as the man holding me pressed the knife against my skin.
"Hnng!!"I flinched the blade cold to the touch.Shoto growled before looking over to leader.
"What the fuck do you want!?"He growled and the leader laughed.
"To torture the Todoroki's, after your old man fired us, we haven't been paid that well so why not take revenge....and some cash!!"The man grinned and Shoto growled in pure anger, but he wasn't able to unleash any of it for fear of my safety being threatened.
"My old man and I cut ties a long time ago...it's not like he gives me any currency,"Shoto said as he circled the leader his instincts taking over, like a wolf circling its pray.
"Haha, well why bother with the money when we can just kill the guys family so he'll regret ever messing with us!!"He laughed as one of his men pulled Kiyo and Riku out of the room they were hiding in, pushing them against the wall.I don't know what happened afterwards besides the untamed anger I felt, as they brought our children, our 4 year old children into this.Into this hell.All I know is that I kicked the man that held me and twisted his wrist making him lose the knife, leaving him defenseless.I grabbed my gun and shot the man in the leg.He yelled with unbridled pain, as he pealed over.
"Oh don't worry I didn't hit anything vital, you won't die...at least not quickly."I said as I kicked him away aiming my firearm at the man that was holding my children hostage.The man looked fearful, and I almost felt guilty when I shoot him...almost.The police and the ambulance took them away, leaving us to answer any questions the police had about why they were there and who they were.
"Some guys my old man fired from his company, took out their revenge on us,"Shoto said to the cops as I told them my part of the story.
"Momma..."Kiyo said tears building in his eyes, his face showing what he wanted...to go home.
"We better head back inside, thank you officers,"I said as we headed back into our home.I shivered as I leaned on Shoto.Kiyo and Riku falling asleep next to us on the couch was a nice feeling but the paranoia was setting in.Tears started spilling out and Shoto caressed my cheek.
"...I was so scared...the kids...I was so scared..."I said as I sobbed.
"It's okay...It okay..."Shoto hushed me, trying to comfort me but, really is it okay?Will it ever be okay?What happens if they come back?What happens if the kids get hurt...or...or worse?Will I be able to save them?Will I be able to save myself?My family?

Will I?
