Sometimes I can't help myself not to cry. Since past few years I struggled a lot fighting ny anxiety, my physical health challenge and mental health. Wasn't able to do things that usually do the times I was so okay, wasn't able to eat what I want to eat. Had constant feeling of heaviness, and sometimes tears just fall from my eyes.
Suicide doesn't end the chances of life getting worse, it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting any better.
Place your hand over your heart, can you feel it? That is called purpose. You're alive for a reason so don't ever give up.
The person who completes suicide, dies once. Those left behind die a thousand deaths, trying to relive those terrible moments and understand... why?
When you feel like giving up, just remember the reason why you held on for so long.
I don't care if these last few are common, they're true.
Your skin is not paper, do not cut it.
Your face is not a mask, do not hide it.
Your size and proportions are not a book, do not judge them.
And lastly, your life is not a movie, so please, don't end it..

There's so many of us that have this pain..and yes it will get better but..the pain that we have to go through until it's all over is unspeakable, our tears are the only ones who can speak the pain when our mouths  can't .

Im thankful god never leave me
my prayer to you lord .
