"Ah. So you watch me? That's kinda creepy, don't ya think?" Katsuki leaned forward slightly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shoto leaned back at the movement, "Well yes- somewhat." he answered.
Katsuki leaned forward slightly more. He looked at Shoto with a small smirk. "What are you, gay?" he questioned, sarcastically, his smirk slowly growing.
"What are you, interested?" Shoto questioned back with just as much sarcasm he had recieved beforehand.
Katsuki hummed at the words before speaking again. "I don't know, Shoto, am I?"
Shoto just rolled his eyes and looked down at the folder, thinking about his next question. "Why di-"
"When's your birthday?" Katsuki asked, cutting him off completely.
"What?" He tilted his head to the side a little and looked up at Katsuki.
"Are you fuckin' deaf? When. Is. Your. Birthday?"
"And why would I tell you that?" Shoto questioned and leaned back in his chair. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. The chair was stiff, cold, and made of metal. But across from him, Katsuki looked as if it was the best thing ever. He looked completely at home, not at all bothered by the situation he was in. It was almost creepy.
"You have that folder of shit you know about me, but I barely know anything about you, beside's your name. So it's only fair if I at least know your birthday" Katsuki said, snapping Shoto from his thoughts.
"Fine. October-" he paused for a split second. "-17th"
Katsuki looked at him for a good 10 seconds. Eyes moving around what parts of Shoto's body that could be seen from above the table, capturing every single piece of movement he could detect- big and small. "You're lying."
Shoto looked at him astonished, "How did you-?"
"You must think I'm stupid. I know when people are lying. Everyone has a tell, yours is that on the spot you just start talking before you think things out. Or how you slightly shift to your left side. The list goes on." Katsuki said like it was completely normal for everyone to know this, and that Shoto himself should have know. "So, again, when is your birthday?"
"January 11th" Shoto mumbled.
"You have a quirk?"
"Yes."
"What is it?"
"Half of my body makes fire, and the other half makes ice."
Katsuki crossed his arms the best he could with the chains restricting his wrists from moving too much.
"Yours is explosions. Your sweat contains a nitroglycerin-like substance than you can light at ease, making explosions."
"Wow. I didn't think you knew that much." Katsuki said, and for a split second Shoto could have sworn he looked surprised.
"I'm not stupid." Shoto huffed and crossed his arms.
"But you're not smart" Katsuki retorted.
"How so?"
"Why do you think I 'turned' myself in, huh?" Katsuki looked at him seriously, not like he had been before. Now this, this was creepy.
"Well.. I don't know"
"That's the point."
"Then, tell me, why did you turn yourself in?"
"Because you've been following me for a while. Right?" Katsuki asked, even though he and Shoto both clearly already knew the answer.
"Yes."
"Well, maybe I wanted to see you. Or talk to you."
"Why?"
"I dunno. From what I had seen of you, you looked kinda cute. And I wanted to see if you were really what I thought you were."
Shoto felt his face heat up the slightest bit, his cheeks a light color of pink. "That's not true."
"Sure it is," Katsuki grinned.
"There is NO way that's true." Shoto said.
"Well I didn't really give myself up. I'm gonna get out of here, and when I do, our roles are gonna be reversed. I'm gonna track you down this time." Katsuki was serious. He wasn't playing, nor making one of the stupid jokes like he was before. He was serious. Shoto knew it. It felt wrong. It IS wrong, but he felt almost excited.
"Let's say you do get out, and let's say you do 'track me down'" Shoto said, "then what are you going to do?"
"I'm gonna send you an address, and you're gonna go. You're not going to bring anyone, besides yourself. Then we're gonna meet up- but I can't tell you the rest." Katsuki looked at him playfully, his face was serious, but his eyes were wondering.
Shoto blushed slightly more, and Katsuki smirked at the reaction. "I'm done talking now." He said loudly and looked at the mirror behind Shoto.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------this one is also rly short, so sorry ab that. but anyways, this chapter thing was better than the first one (i think). that's all i got, so byeee
