Chapter 6: What's done is done

Brittany's POV:

It's been two days since I've seen luke. I guess you guys think I have been in my room crying my eyes out. Honestly I haven't well the day I got home I did. The next day I realized I had no reason to get all mad at him and be upset because I wasn't his girlfriend he can kiss whoever he wants. It just hurts because I thought he actually liked me but I was just there until he found someone better. He has been texting me constantly and calling but I don't reply/answer. I'm just not ready to face him yet. The past two days the girls and I have been watching stupid movies and just having girl time. Nichole came up to me and apologized saying she didn't know there was something going on. I told her it's fine and it's not her fault she didn't know. Niall had texted me asking me to come over to hang out because the guys missed me. I knew luke was going to be there but I had to face him sometime. I also found out that nichole and Liam are talking I am so happy for her. I can tell she really likes him. I asked Lynn and desiree if they wanted to come with me because I was going to the guys but I was going to the store first they said okay and we all went upstairs to get ready. I got dressed by putting on a sleeping with the sirens crop top and ripped blue daisy duke shorts. I then saw the all time low shirt luke had let me use and decided to give it back to him. I stuck it in my bag and met the girls downstairs. We called my driver to pick us up and take us. We were to lazy to walk and it was a far walk. After we got dropped off I told the girls I'll be back I had to go to the bathroom real quick. As I was coming out of the bathroom i rounded the corner and couldn't believe who I saw. What was he doing here?

Desiree POV:

I've been worried about Brittany because I knew that she really liked luke but when she came down the next day and smiled like nothing happen ik she was stronger then what she believed she was. I also knew that it was a fake smile. Today she came down and actually looked happy.  I saw she was texting someone and I was secretly hoping it was luke but by the smile on her face ik it wasn't.  It was a smile she would have when texting someone who is close to her like family. She asked me and Lynn if we wanted to go with her to hang out with the guys but she was going to the store first. We said yeah and got dressed. I threw on calums smiley face shirt and some red daisy duke shorts. I met the girls downstairs and we got the driver to pick us up to take us to the store. We are very lazy girls.  When we got to the store Brittany said she had to go to the bathroom and that she would meet us in the junk food section. Me and Lynn exchanged a look but let her go. We did our shopping and went to the junk food aisle. We were there for 5 minutes until Brittany came down the aisle walking with someone I never thought I would see again or see her with again.

Lynn POV:

I am proud of Brittany for not sulking in her room but also worried. She asked us if we wanted to go with her to hang out with the boys and go to the store first. We said yes and went upstairs to get ready. I threw on one of mikeys 5sos band shirts and some green ripped shorts. I met the girls downstairs got in the car and went to the store. We got there and Brittany said she was going to the restroom and me and desiree shared a look but we let her go anyway. We did some shopping and went to the junk food aisle for about 5 minutes before we saw Brittany come down the aisle with someone I never thought I would see again.

Brittany's POV:

Omg I actually never thought I would see him again. He saw me and we locked eyes and I could tell he was surprised to see me. He started walking towards me and stopped about 5 ft away and say hey. I said hey back. I know you guys are probably wondering who I am talking about. I am talking about my ex boyfriend adam. We dated for about a year. I walked up to him and gave him a hug because I haven't seen him in forever. He was shocked I hugged him but he hugged back. We started talking about random stuff and he asked why I was here and I told him my family's beach house here. We started walking toward the girls as we were talking and he was making me laugh.  Honestly I missed him and I still kinda had feelings for him but I really like luke. Omg I need to stop  thinking about him. I looked up and saw the girls shocked reactions. This is going to need some explaining. Adam saw them and I could tell he tensed up but kept walking. I started talking to the girls and saw how they were looking at him but were being nice. Adam then said he had to go but gave me a hug and told me to text him sometime. I told him I would and said bye. I turned around to see the girls faces and knew they wanted an explanation. I told them I rather not talk about it and that we just ran into each other. I looked them in the eye when i said this because I wanted them to believe me because I was telling the truth. Ik that they did because they realized I was being dead serious. It was awkwardly silent for about 5 minutes but changed after we got out of the store and started laughing. We dropped off the stuff at the house and walked next door. I knocked on the door and niall answered and I was immediately tackled in a hug. I could tell he was upset for what luke did but I told him not to worry about it I'm fine. The guys heard niall making noise and as we entered the house the rest if 1D came out with Harry and Louis gfs. The guys shouted Brittany and attacked me in a group hug and the girls to since they were behind me. We fell to the ground and I couldn't get up or breathe. So I yelled get off me fat a**es and they did. I was thrown over niall's shoulder and was carried into the living room where I saw the 5sos boys before they saw me. They looked up and were like wtf until I was thrown on the couch and I stood up and yelled at niall seriously. I looked up and wished I didn't because I locked eyes with the blue eyes I fell for.  This is gonna be a long day.

Luke's POV:

I've been texting Brittany and calling her for the past 2 days but she won't answer/reply. I was about to go over there but decided against it because I'm pretty sure I'm not welcome right now. I walked into the living room and hung out with the boys. The girls left the room when I entered but the boys let me explain by telling them what really happened. They could tell I wasn't lying and believed me. We started watching a movie and I saw niall texting someone but didn't question it. About 3 movies later there was a knock on the door and niall jumped up saying I'll get it. I watched him walk about but went back to watching the movie until the rest of the 1D guys and their gfs got up to see what had niall acting so crazy.  I heard them yell a name but not sure what and heard a boom. I guessed they talked the people and they fell. I heard a voice say get off me fat a**es and the voice sounded like Brittany's but I doubt she would come over. Niall walked back in carrying a girl over his shoulder. I immediately recognized the blonde hair and I prayed that I was wrong but also that I was right. The girl stood up and yelled at niall seriously and I immediately knew it was her. It was silent when she looked up and we immediately locked eyes. I loved her eyes they were such a pretty blue and always had a light in them but I saw that the light disappeared when we locked eyes. Well this will be awkward. She looked away first as I was starring at her and said hi to everybody. We said hi back but I couldn't take me eyes off of her until I got hit in the back of the head by Ashton telling me to stop starring. I looked up at her and saw niall was making her laugh. I couldn't help but admire the way she looked and how beautiful she was. I knew then that I had to talk to her soon and explain what happened. I saw her looking at her phone while watching the movie and saw she smiled and I couldn't help but get jealous. Had she moved on that quickly?

Sorry guys I haven't been on school has been hectic I had like 5 projects due and had to work on them. I promise this time I will update faster since I'm on break for 2 weeks anyways guys what do you think about what happened between Brittany and luke? What do you think will happen next?
