Q: For you what is the meaning of a disciple?
INTRODUCTION
We may have so many description or meaning sa salitang disciple at ang common denominator nito ay "taga sunod ni KRISTO" which is tama naman po but the bible taught us more than that. Baka kaya hindi tayo makasunod ng maayos kasi kulang ang definition natin.
* WHAT IS DISCIPLE?
"Follow me and I will make you fishers of men."
Matthew 4:19 NLT
- Sa verse naiyan ay ipinaunawa saatin ang tatlong bagay na kahuluigan ng pagiging disciple. Ano nga ba ito?
1. FOLLOW ME
• A disciple knows and follows Christ
• Putting Him as your authority
• John 12:26
• John 14:23
• Matthew 16:34-36
2. I WILL MAKE YOU
• A disciple has a life changed by God
3. FISHERS OF MEN
• God's mission is now your mission
• Matthew 28:19-20

1. REQUIRES DISCIPLINE
• Spiritual
• Physical
• Emotional
2. REQUIRES INTIMACY
• Prayer Life
• Devotional Life
• D.E.W.S
3. REQUIRES STUDENT HEART
• Teachable heart
4. REQUIRES CONTINUITY
• Continue serving whatever happens
5. REQUIRES INVOLVEMENT
• Drawing near to God
• Bring them to God
6. REQUIRES LIFE APPLICATION
• Our mission is our responsibility
• To be Christ-like
CONCLUSION
- It is really hard to be a disciple of CHRIST but as we walk to the path that HE gave us HE will always guide and help us to be more like HIM. Just continue and put our trust to HIM wholly.
