Btw most of this wont make sense unless you've seen the episode from gravity falls about the northwest ball.

Pacificas POV:

I was signing invitations for the ball (in the northwest mansion house thing I don't know-) I did Marius's, The Mayor's, and then I ran out of people, Dad said to have at least 50 people there that can actually come inside, I had 4 slots left open, who can I-

"Mabel!" I shouted accidentally, Dad walked in "is everything alright honey?" He asked"Yeah dad just talking to myself..." I replied "what is a famle exactly?" He asked sounding more concerned "uhh it's nothing..." I answered "if you say so..." He shut the door.

The truth is... I like Mabel, I'm a little bit scared to admit that I like girls and she's probably straight but still...

I realised I had to do one for her since my parents wanted locals and gravity falls oregon is quite small, that pinetree man and her friends, fork girl and lizard lady. I think their names are Candy and Grenda...

I wrote "Dipper", "Grenda" and "Candy" steadily but then I got to Mabel's, I found myself blushing but I still wrote her name, it's just... Not as well written, it was a bit shaky and... Yeah-

I stood up, if I'm coming to this ball I'm gonna have to dance dUh- I just never have before... My parents don't usually dance and so neither do I, it's never really struck then that we need to dance at some point, we're not being lazy we're just.......

I clicked on search and blindly noticed the last searches, 'how to improve a girl' 'how to make people NoT tHiNk mY hAiR iS a WiGafjzjgwfhdgkafxgj' 'SomethingElseYT X Theodd1sout' (hell yeah I just made Pacifica a JaDam stan! Lol Stan...)

I searched 'how to dance' and a bUnCh of videos popped up, the one that caught my attention the most was by someone called "Gay JesusAnimations" (I just promoted myself wtf-) I clicked on it

I genuinely laughed at the jokes and just overall enjoyed it. I then practiced until my mum came in the room "Pacifica?" She asked, I froze and slowly turned around "yeah mum I live here" I said trying not to sound suspicious "what are you even- come on honey you need some rest, me and your father will prepare the dance, it's in nearly 24 hours" I could hear the panic in her voice

"I'm uhh, I'm-" I tried to think of what to say but all that came out was ums and ers, "hey mum!" I said stood normally now, "Dad's behind you, he put the fork slanted the wrong way!" I stood on my tippy toes pointing at my dad "gosh darn it Preston, I left you for two minutes and-" she sounded like a strict old teacher while she shouted, it was kind of funny.

I giggled and turned to my phone, it was on 12% (rip Pacifica) "ugh" I sighed as I picked it up, I walked next to the long curtains that ran from the ceiling down to the floor containing my bed and found the plug I then charged my phone and realized it was raining, I needed to hand out the invitations though

I picked up the invitations and ran to the front door, mum asked why I was in a rush but I didn't have time to answer, I quickly slammed the door behind me as I ran to the mystery shack, I reached the door and knocked on it

I heard muffled voices get louder as a figure visibly began to open the door, (oh boi I'm proud of that sentence-) I saw a joyful Mabel open the door widely, "hey Pacifica!" She shouted as she spreaded her arms to hug me "h-hhey Mabel..." I stuttered as I accepted her warm embrace
