I'm lonely

I miss you

I long to hug and kiss you

I hoped I

could stay strong

but that hope didn't last long

At night I

toss and turn

for your touch I still yearn

Part of me

has now died

you don't know how I've cried

I'm lonely

I miss you

I long to hug and kiss you

Seems like just

yesterday

things were all going our way

Now you're gone

and I'm here

can't go on I now fear

I drone on

unfeeling

spend hours staring at the ceiling

It's empty

my embrace

you use to take that space

Without you

I'm no man

please come back take my hand

I'm so sad

that we're through

I don't know what to do

because....................

I'm lonely.........
