{Mason's POV}

"Here's another picture of her." I handed over the photo to the officer. "Please, just help me find her." He took it out of my hand, looked at it and then let out a sigh.

It's been two weeks since Ella had been officially labeled as missing. I couldn't sleep, eat, or even think properly with her being gone. I shouldn't have let her go to work that day- or even if I just stayed with her than maybe-

"Son, it's been a couple weeks." He cut me off from my thoughts, putting the picture down. "We are doing everything we can, but-"

"With all do respect, sir, I don't really think you are." The sheriff moved forward, challenging me.

"I've come in this office everyday since the search began, and you haven't found a single lead- not one! So don't tell me that you're going to close this case when you haven't even made a dent!" I yelled furiously, not letting him have a single word.

"You will find her. And you will bring her back home safely. Not because I said so, but cause it's your job."

He stared at me for a few second, then finally picked back up the photo of Ella and walked away.

{Ella's POV}

I pushed the plate of food off the table and watched as it clashed on the floor.

"Fuck!"

I let out a gasp as Noah unexpectedly grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me out the room.

The moment I got rushed out, my free hand went up to cover my eyes as they felt blinded by the bright light of the sun shining though the window.

"Noah, I-I'm s-sorry." I pleaded, but he just kept forcefully pulling me along. Where the hell is he taking me!?

My mind and body were so weak at this point that there was no way I could possibly fight my way out of his harsh grip.

We got down a few more flights of stairs and it started to get dark.

The closer we got, the more I could feel myself panicking. My heart felt like it was beating a thousand times per minute, almost making me pass out.

There I saw a huge sliver door. Noah turns the large handle and proceeded to throw me inside. I let out a dry cough as I hit the ground and saw a smoke of gray cloud pool out of my mouth.

D-did he just bring me into a walk-in freezer?

The goosebumps on my arms started to rise. Now the panic setting into my vision.

I looked up to see Noah, standing by the door. His dark eyes watched me harshly.

"This is for your own good, Ella... If we keep having problems, there will be consequences."

He took a step back and evidently shut the door while I laid helplessly on the cold hard floor.

Seconds felt like minuets, minuets felt like hours. I could feel my limbs getting numb from the freezing temperatures. I also stared to feel light headed from the lack of oxygen in the massive room.

I looked around my surroundings and to my side saw a red stained table with knifes all around it.

Oh my god

With the thought of me being on that table next I could feel the blood draining from my face as I the room went black.

{Noah's POV}

I looked at the top screen of my phone. It's been a few hours since I left Ella in the basement. I can't hear her screams and bangs on the door anymore, having me convinced she passed out.

As much as I wanted to let her out, I knew it was the only way for her to learn her lesson.

Standing up and put my phone in my pocket, I made my way downstairs to where my beautiful angel was laying on the floor. She looked so cold and weak.

It made me feel something inside... and I didn't like it.

I picked her up and brought her to a different room this time. I laid her on the bed, already seeing the color of her skin coming back to its original shade of pale and light pink.

She's so beautiful. How could I ever let her go?Just hope this time she actually starts to behave herself, because my patience is starting to wear thin with her attitude.
