Chapter 1 ~ Fateful Encounter

" Gaurav you can't be screwing it up this time. For my idli and sambhar 's sake this is the golden opportunity for you ! You've already screwed enough... "

Straining my eyes ,I tried fixing my blurry visions on the road ahead of me." Oh please don't start it all over again. I am seriously not in a mood to discuss about her",I snapped at him.

" Dude you're not getting it she's no ordinary woman. She's the wife of the pilot . For a moment just forget about her husband ...She's Urvashi Basu ,the... "

" Arghh ... Stupid hangovers " ,I mutter under my breath.

" When Vansh gets to know about his wife and his friend having a one night stand... "

" Before you start to imagine the consequences let me tell you it was she who desperately wanted to be under me and not the other way round."

" Gaurav you aren't getting it. "

What the hell is this girl doing!

Shifting my weight from the accelerator I applied brakes but it was too late.

Getting out of the car I leaped to her only to find her in a pool of blood, unconscious. Blood was oozing out of her head.

Fucking head injury!

" Yeah that's exactly what you've been doing your entire life and now don't fuck your opportunity too."

" For a moment can't you stop your useless chatter" I barked.

" Hey why are you getting hyper?
Alright! I'll talk to you later when you have calmed your nerves. "

Shifting her to my lap, I turned her face towards me,patted her cheeks but it's of no use. Blood was oozing out and there seemed no end. I checked her pulses, she was still alive but for how long I don't know.

I turned around to look for help but there were none. It was a deserted road, on the outskirts of the city. Only God knows what she was doing here and that too with a freaking cake! Oh well candles and balloons are giving a company too! Attending a Ghost's birthday party or what?

"Anyways Mon Cheri I don't think that I'd be of any help to you. I need to get there fast before that idiot screws it up all ", I whispered while shifting her head back to the road but as I was getting up, I spotted a police jeep heading towards me. There's some fault in my stars for sure.

Crap!

Involving police in this is definitely gonna screw me. I had to do a lot of planning and plotting before I could be hired as a Co pilot in Fly India and when I've finally made into it I'm not gonna let this lady,lying here screw it up for me. Oh Com'on she was the one riding on a Scooty with tears brimming in her eyes and being lost in her inferno that she couldn't see a car coming and she actually bumped into my car. Had I not applied breaks and turned the steering wheels she would have been probably dead right then with all the parts of her body slashed and bruised and in this area getting a help was a far fetched dream but hey! Was I not so lucky enough that a cop spotted us ?

" What's the matter young man? "

" My wife..."

A fucking stranger turned into my wife. Incredible!
