Chapter 7: Later that night, after Doc left after a nice long lecture about my recklessness. Christian stated that not only was he good on the eyes, but he was good in the kitchen as well. So here I was, staring at his muscular back as he flipped pancakes at 11 at night. "So where did you learn how to cook?" I asked. He chuckled, adding more golden flap jacks onto the large stack off to the side.

"My mom, believe it or not." he uttered, "I make the pancakes around here. Rosa takes care of everything else."

I cocked my brow, "Rosa?"

He turned towards me and set the heaping pile of pancakes in front of me. "She's the packs cook."

I nodded and stared at the behemoth, "I'm not going to eat all this, you know that right?" I asked, laughing.

He smiled a megawatt smile, it was then when I noticed that he only has one dimple on his right cheek. He walked over to the drawer and pulled out two forks; coming to sit over beside me at the table.

"I know that." He smirked and I grabbed the fork from him.

I rolled my eyes, digging into the top pancake and taking a bite. It was heaven in my mouth, I hadnt seen what he had put in it but it was delicious. I moaned and took another bite, looking over at Christian. He was staring at the fork in my mouth and I stifled my laughter. His face was absolutely priceless. It was really odd seeing him this boyish, he never really acted his age.

"What?" I asked and he snapped his eyes towards mine.

He shifted in his seat, "Please dont do that again." He said, his voice husky and low.

I smiled and took another bite, not moaning again but watching his face as I delibritly pulled the fork slowly out of my mouth. He closed his eyes, taking deep breaths.

"You better stop, Aisly. Before I do something I've been wanting to do since I saw you." He said, almost to low for me to hear.

"Do what?" I asked, playing dumb.

He huffed and stared at me as I laughed.  But when my laughter died down, I shook my head and took a few more bites.

He picked the plate off the counter and threw it in the sink. "You want to watch a movie? Its really late but I dont want to go to bed yet." I heard him say and I nodded, hopping off of the stool and following him as he made his way to the "entertainment room".

I smiled when I saw the large TV and the comfy looking leather couch, around the TV was rows upon rows of movies and video games. "What movie do you want to watch?" I asked as I looked at the movies.

He came up behind me, resting his chin on my head and looking at the movies as well. "Hmm... How about Monty Python and The Holy Grail? That's a good one."

I nodded my head, that was a good movie. One of my favorites actually. "I love that movie."

He reached around me and got it from the shelf. "Then Monty Python it is." He put it in the DVD player and I sat down on the sofa. Wrapping a blanket around my shoulders.

He came and sat next to me and I snuggled into his side, resting my head on his shoulder as the movie started. I felt him play with my hair, his fingers running through it. I didn't say anything, although I wanted to. I leaned up and tried kissing his cheek but due to my hieght I just kissed his stubbled jaw. "Thank you." I said quietly, snuggling into him again and closing my eyes. I was exhausted.
