Chapter 21: Reunited

~Sky's POV~

I was woken up to Mitch picking me up bridal style. I wrapped my arms around his neck and laid my head on his chest. He brought me to the couch and laid me down. I smiled at him. He kissed my forehead and started to walk off.

"Stay?" I asked him. He smiled and nodded. He sat on the couch and I put my head on his lap. I fell asleep as he stroked my hair. It all felt, right, perfect.

~Mitch's POV~

We finally got to the house. I picked Sky up bridal style and brought her to the house. She woke up while I was carrying her. She was smiling. I looked down at her chocolate brown eyes. I missed that smile and that sparkle in her eyes. I'm so happy to have her back. I laid her down on her couch, kissed her forehead, and started walking out.

"Stay?" She asked me. I nodded and walked back. I sat on the couch and she laid her head on my lap. I started stroking her dark brown hair. She almost instantly fell asleep and I fell asleep soon after. Everything was right in the world, everything was perfect.

~Jerome's POV~

Dani and I dropped Mitch and Sky off at Sky's house. Dani and I went back to hers. When we got to her house there were no cars in the driveway. Her parents were out for their anniversary. Dani and I went to her room and laid on her bed and watched TV. The whole time we just talked. About YouTube, kidnapping, my cut, everything. When there was nothing left to talk about she laid against me. She put he head in the crook of my neck and I laid my head on hers. Everything felt normal. I was with the love of my life, nothing was going wrong, everything was perfect.

~Dani's POV~

Jerome and I sat alone in my house, in my room. We talked like we did before this all happened. We talked for most of the time, catching up with each other. I fell asleep laying on his chest. Everything felt like it did before, everything is normal, perfect.

~Sky's POV~

I woke up and Mitch was still asleep. I smiled. He looked so cute when he was sleeping. I looked at the time on my phone, 10:00 am. I looked back up to see Mitch smiling at me, awake. I tried to get up but Mitch kept me there. I didn't want to leave, really, anyways.

"Sky, I've been thinking, what if you, me, Jerome, and Dani go up to my family's cottage for a few weeks? Like a little, vacation?" He asked.

"I gotta ask my mom but ya!" I answered excitedly.

"Ok I'll text Jerome." I nodded and walked into the kitchen where my mom was cooking breakfast.

"Hey mom, is it ok if I go to Mitch's family cottage with him, Jerome, and Dani?" She looked at me.

"You think you can handle it?" I know she wasn't talking about responsibility. She was talking about protecting everyone.

"Yes," I said. "And I'll bring my bow incase." I whispered the last part. She nodded.

"Then you can go, but one phone call a day so I know you guys are ok, please?"

"Of course, thank you mom." I said hugging her.

"Your welcome." I went back into the living room.

"What did your mom say?" Mitch asked looking up from his phone.

"She said I can go. What about Jerome and Dani?" I said walking to the couch with a pancake in hand. I turned the TV on as his phone went off.

"They can come." He laughed.

"That was Jerome wasn't it?" He nodded. "Wow. Perfect timing!" I high fived him. "Now grab a pancake buggums." He walked over and grabbed the biggest pancake.
