Chapter 1: Love is heaven.

Two years ago

Taehyung was in heaven.

His insides bubbled with euphoria as a mesmerizing smile couldn't help but take over his features. At that point, all he could keep thinking about was how lucky he was.

He was very lucky.

Any man would find himself lucky if they had the love of their life in their arms.

The morning haze filled the room as the sun gleamed to greet the world. The shutters formed a distorted line of sunlight. The room was dim and the bed was messy.

Clothes lay carelessly on the floor. The bed almost rid of the sheets. The headboard on the verge of breaking. A brown hue coloring the walls and soft breaths filled the silence.

Taehyung laid bare on his bed, arms wrapped around his love's body. Her head rested on his chest and her jet black hair sprawled like a design.

Taehyung continued to study her face. Mono lid eyes with beautiful lashes on its end, fair porcelain skin, tiny freckles on the cheek, a mole above the lip.

He would purposely wake up earlier than her to repeat this scene over and over again.

I am so lucky.

He reminded himself again. She was just so incredibly beautiful.

Taehyung couldn't help but live in cloud nine. His heart squeezed and his toes curled. 

God, he was so in love.

He fell in love with her the moment he laid eyes on her. She pried him open, explored everything about him and let him do the same to her.

As his mind remained in awe as always, the delicate girl slowly opened her eyes.

Another breath got caught in his throat. Her eyes were his favorite thing about her. Hazel brown with a  green outline. The color hypnotized him.

"Good morning, love."

Her captivating smile killed him again.

"Good morning, Taehyung. Did you sleep well?"

"I always sleep well with you." His lips pressed a kiss on her bare shoulder.

"What do you want to do today?"

Taehyung dramatically let out a sigh, making a face as if he was thinking soundly. As expected, a fit of giggles erupted from her.

The sound of bells ringing.

"Stay in bed with you. Ditch work. What do you say?"

"It sounds perfect."

"Anything with you is perfect."

She laughed shyly. Her head buried deep into his chest as she covered her face in embarrassment.

Taehyung whined, dying to see the blush that crept on her chubby cheeks.

With a small voice, she mumbled, "Thank you for being here, Taehyung."

His cheeks hurt from smiling so much.

"I love you too, Sue."
