3rd Person POV:
Issei has just finished signing some pacts and contracts and was on his bike heading back home, The town in the night pretty much looked abandoned. He stops at the noise of something coming out of an alley, He gets off his bike and approaches the noise. That's when a Phoenix portal appears and out of it Riser, Issei immediately pulls out his gauntlet in defense and get's ready to call for backup. "I don't know what your intention is now Riser but if it's a fight I'd be glad to beat you a second time"
Riser backs up and puts his hands up
"I'm not here to fight red dragon emperor I'm here to tell you the truth behind why I was marrying Rias" replies riser in Concern for issei
"Really then Why?" Asked issei as he puts his gauntlet away
"So she didn't hurt anyone anymore, She was the one that sent the fallen angel raynare to kill you because she knew you had something important which is the gauntlet, if I had married her then I would've put a stop to this cruel way of recruiting devils. I know this sounds unbelievable but if she did marry me I could contain her" Riser pauses but then continues while tossing photos of Rias and Kiba, Rias talking to Raynare, and Rias over Issei's dead body
"Besides if I was lying why would I have these"
Issei stood there shocked, Then he pulls out his gauntlet and secretly signals for back up
"Why should I believe you" Issei says ready to attack
Riser is about to speak until a Gremory portal appeared, and out of it came Koneko, Kiba, Akeno and Rias
"Stay back from my servant" shouts Rias ready to attack as her body gets surrounded with a red bloodlust
"It's okay if you don't believe me read dragon emperor but if you want more convincing evidence you know where to find me," says Riser as he teleports back leaving a slip of paper which issei somehow recovers without Rias and the others knowing
"Are you okay issei?" says akeno while hugging issei with one of his arms between her breast
"Y-Yeah" replies issei
He was still puzzled though, Was what riser said true?
They went back home using the portal and all night the same question stood in Issei's head
'What if he is right? Rias did seem really mad when she saw the photos'
The Next Day
Issei POV:
So I'm heading to the location that the riser said to meet at on the slip of paper at 3:00 am. It was an ally way, similar to the one he was in before. All of a sudden the Phoenix portal opened and out of it riser
"So where's the evidence," I tell him trying to sound menacing
"Right here in this file, take it also I would suggest staying away from rias there's talk that she might have to "remove" you after the whole ordeal. she is catching on " replies riser
"Question why are you telling me this?" Asks issei while looking through the evidence
"Because even the devil was once an angel" he answered
"Welp the evidence speaks for itself," issei said with disappointment snd shadows covering his eyes
They both leave the area, instead of heeding risers warning Issei heads straight back to the occult research club. He wants to confront rias
Sometime later
3rd person POV
Issei makes it back to the Occult research club
"Oh your back," Says Rias smiling
"Is it true, Did you send her to kill me?" asks issei
"Yes issei I sent raynare" replies rias says everyone walks in, Rias's smile fades into bloodlust
"Since you now know the truth I guess we have to eliminate you," says Kiba as he leans on rias pecking her on the cheek with a devilish smile
"Wait you sent raynare rias!?" says Akeno, By the looks of it everyone knew that Rias had sent raynare including Asia
issei left running, now his suspicions have been confirmed. He didn't wanna be there, he had tears running down his cheeks as he was thinking 'I trusted her, I trusted them'
He kept running until he collapsed, Once he did he realized that he isn't in school or town. It seems like he had run into an abandoned town. He himself didn't even remember running out of the school because of how sad and angry he was
"What's a powerful handsome fellow like yourself doing out here on your own Nya"
