And in that moment I felt more at home than I did surrounded by my family in my own home. Eyes darting around curiously in wonder, gaping at the monumental houses with the towering columns engulfed in pretty simple white lights. I then began fiddling with my fingers, trying to distract me from the looming thoughts of the future and what it had in store, despite my attempts to push away the onslaught of emotions, they still came - leaving me with my thoughts for the remainder of the eavning.
