I tried to go on with the rest of my day, but I just kept zoning out.
After I finished my day at school, I decided to go back home and just relax. Part of me knew I should've gone to the library to start reading for classes, but there was no point since I was unable to concentrate.
As I walked into the house I saw Alejandro, Jackson, Leo, and Dax all playing beer pong on the balcony. Why am I not surprised that they're drinking on a Monday at 4pm.
"Hey B!" Alejandro excitedly waved at me.
"Hey Alejandro!" I yelled back and started making my way to the fridge to refill my hydroflask.
"You wanna play with us?" Jackson asked (more like yelled).
"No, I'm okay thank you."
"Oh c'mon B live a little!" Leo yelled.
"Guys, it's Monday. As much I appreciate a little alcohol I can't today I'm already behind in work." I said.
"But B-" Leo was interrupted by Dax.
"Guys just chill. She doesn't want to, give her a break she had a long day. Maybe rest a little, read, and then depending on how you feel you may be down later?" Dax said.
"Yes, sounds good." I weakly smiled and made my way upstairs.
I dropped my backpack next to my bed and threw myself in my bed. I wasn't physically tired, just mentally.
As I closed my eyes and began falling asleep there was a light knock on the door.
"Yes?"
Slowly the door opened and Dax peeked his head in.
"Hey, am I interrupting?" He asked.
"No, you're good. Plus you don't have to knock this is also your room, Dax."
"I know I just didn't want to intrude looks like you had a rough day." He walked inside our room and closed the door behind him. He made his way to his bed and sat on it.
"Hey listen I don't know if I said anything to upset you earlier today in class, but I'm sorry. I didn't mean to step out of line or anything."
"Dax, it's okay don't worry about it. I know you meant no harm with it. I promise you I didn't take it personally." I said as I sat up and faced him.
"I hope you know that aside from your roommate you can also consider me a friend. I've been told by some of my friends, the girls, to be specific that I'm a great listener." He smiled.
"I don't doubt it and I'll definitely keep it in mind. However, I'm just not ready to talk about it and it probably has to do with me not coming to terms with it, but if I need someone to go to I'll definitely come your way."
"I wish you would CUM for me," Dax said and I couldn't help but laugh at throw a pillow at him.
"Keep it in your pants, sir."
"I'm sorry I wasn't trying to ruin the moment I just had to say it." He said as he threw the pillow back.
"It did make me laugh a little so I'll let it go."
Suddenly Dax grabbed my hand and looked at me in the eyes. His piercing green eyes.
"If you need anything just let me know. I will gladly beat up any guy for you. Just give me a name and last name and I'll find him, and I'm pretty sure the guys will be glad to join." Dax said.
"I-"
Suddenly the door burst open and in cane Jackson.
"No fucking wonder you were taking forever. Can you get a room or something?"
