In this world you only see in black, white, and gray until you meet your soul mate.
You was fortunate enough to meet yours when you were babies. Your parents had known each other forever and they aways made play dates for you, so you grew up together.
When you were little you went to parks and zoo's and each other's houses, In middle school you went to the movies and hung out with friends, In high school you went on real dates, going to fairs and coffee shops.
Even though you knew you were soul mates you still took your time, getting to know every little detail about each other, like how he loves aliens, his favorite color which is emerald green and how he loves to watch chick flicks at 2 am.
And now? He's a professional volleyball player and you work in a coffee shop in Tokyo.
He travels a lot so you never get to see each other but you keep in touch, face timing and texting. And he comes to visit at least once a month
Right now he's in America, they just finished a huge match and won!
