POV HARRY

I have never been able to deal with changes in my life, but it was never as bad as it was right now. I felt awful. I missed my friends , but I missed the band even more . I was in a band with two of my best friends for years. We were called Starfish. Even though I've always hated that name, I did love the band. I like singing, it makes me feel free and it's the one thing I'm good at. But that was gone now, that life was as far away from me as possible.

I scrolled through my phone while looking at old pictures. A gentle smile appeared on my face. It has been 2 days and I already miss my old life. I miss Sophie, always laughing about everything even in serious situations. She created some really embarrassing memories for me. But I loved her, so much. She was the only one who had always been by my side. Except now when I needed her the most she was miles away from me.

I gentle knock on my door brought me back to reality.

' Sweetheart, are you up?'

My mom put her head in the little opening between the wall and my bedroom door.

'Jeah' I mumbled

' Are you okay?' I turned my head to the side to look at her. I noticed the worried look on her face.

'Jeah, I am fine' I nodded.

'Why don't you go outside for a moment? You could go explore the neighborhood a bit. Maybe you could try find a new  football club.'

I've always loved playing football. After singing it was the thing I loved the most but I wasn't good at all. In my old club my teammates used to make fun of me because I've never scored a single goal in the 4 years I've played. But honestly, I didn't really care. I loved playing even if the coach didn't put me on the field a lot.

I finally decided to step out of my bed. I answered my mom and put my running shoes on.

' Dinner is ready at 6!' my mom screamed while I gently shut the door behind me. It was about 14 degrees outside, perfect weather for a little run.

I had no idea were to go so I just decided to follow my instinct and go left. I was already running for about 30 minutes when I saw a football field. I heard noises but there was nobody on the pitch. I stared at the pitch, remembering all the moments with my old club. I remembered the time we won the competition in 2010. I remembered the man who handed us the large gold cup. I remembered the golden medal each player of the team received. I remembered the clapping and cheering from all the parents except mine. They didn't came, they never did.

I was teared away from my thoughts when I heard a voice behind me.

' What are you doing here?'

I turned around to look at a young boy of about 18 years old I guess. He was staring at my with a confused look.

'Are you new? I haven't seen you here before?' He took a few steps towards me so he was now less than a meter away from me. I could clearly see his bright blue eyes who were still examining every inch of my face.

I cleared my throat and finally answered him.

'No, I was just on a run and saw the field' I said.

'Oh, okay.Do you play ?' he asked.

' I did , yes . but I just moved here so I had to quit my old club.'

He nodded and reached his hand out.

' I' m Louis' he said.

' Harry' I answered and shook is hand.

' Nice to meet ya, Harry' He smiled.

A beautiful , large smile.
