* Beep beep*
Ugh, what the fuck. What is that?
Oh wait... I know.Alarm. College. Ew, why.
*Beep beep*
I rubbed my eyes a little too roughly, kicked back the covers and stretched.
*Beep beep*
"Oh my god, shut fuck up!" I screamed, perhaps a little too loudly before picking up my clock and launching it toward the far wall, causing it to break.
"What in God's name was that!" a voice shouted through from the room next door, this voice came from my Dad, Derek.
My Dad is a wonderful man, he's 39 years of age, about 6ft 4 and built like a damn brick wall. He owns his own music shop. He has short dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He's a single parent, due to my Mother passing away as a result of a motorcycle crash 10 years ago. After my Mother passed, my dad and I basically did everything and anything together, we both were each other's rocks, keeping each other semi sane after what happened to my Mother. He's also a pretty wealthy man, due to the shop and the money passed down from my Mother.
"Sorry, dad. I got angry, my alarm wouldn't shut up..." I sheepishly admitted, yawning in between words.
Dad walked over to retrieve the broken clock from the floor.
"You know" he started "You could try and press the off button, you know, like any other normal person would?" he jokingly continued as he walking towards me and placed a kiss on my forehead.
"Oh ha ha, very funny, Dadio." I laughed.
"I know, L. I'm hilar' as the kids would say." Dad continued.
"L" is his nickname for me, he's called me this since I was small. Ever since I started to speak, my Mother would ask me what I was called, or to say my name and my answer would always be "Ottie" to which my dad would then say "No, it's L. L. Lottie. With an L." and it just kind of stuck after that, so my Mother used to always tell me.
"Please, don't ever use the word 'hilar' in my presence again. Many thanks." I sternly replied, finally getting out of bed.
"Sorry, L" Dad responded.
Now's probably a pretty good time to let you know a little about myself. So, I'm Lottie Ann Ashton. I'm 17 years of age, my birthday is 31st October, yeah, I was born on Halloween, which is pretty darn cool, even if I do say so myself. I'm about 5" 2 and I weight about 12 stone. I have bright blue hair that ends about 2 inches under my collar bone, a septum piercing and shark bites and 28mm stretchers in both ears. I listen to some bands like Five Finger Death Punch, Slipknot, Glamour Of The Kill ect. But, I'm really into old rock music, like Iron Maiden, Guns 'N' Roses, Scorpions, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Sabbath, AC/DC, Metallica ect ect, but of course, my top, most favourite band of all time, Queen. Freddie Mercury is my idol, RIP you amazing man. My arms are covered in fabric festival wristbands from the likes of Download and Sonisphere among other, more local, small festivals. It's an activity my dad and I are quite fond of doing together. I love to write and preform music and skating, xbox and photography are some of my favourite pass times. Oh, yes, there is also one small detail I'm forgetting to mention, I'm female to male transgender, but my girlfriend is the only person who knows about this, it's not particularly something I like to think about.
I checked the time on my phone, as I now had no clock to do so on, it was 6:07 AM. From here, I had 2 choices, I could either go and have breakfast, or I could shower. I decided the latter was probably the best idea, so I walked to the bathroom and 10 minutes later, emerged, all squeaky clean. I plodded back off to my bedroom and to the wardrobe to find some appropriate clothing for today's windy/rainy weather. I quickly decided on a pair of black skinny jeans, a - super old and slightly ripped - Queen t-shirt and a black and grey checkered shirt. I got dressed into my chosen attire and decide to actually do something with my hair today. After straightening it, I pulled on a plain black beanie and rubbed on a tiny little bit of tinted moisturizer, filled in my eyebrows and put of a little bit of mascara, I have to try and make myself look feminine somehow, I don't like anyone to ask questions.
