Name: Boisterous

Quirk Type: Transformation

Ability: Confidence Conversion

> The capabilities of the user's body directly ties to their level of self-confidence. The more confident they are in themselves, the greater feats they can perform.

> This most commonly translates into enhanced physical strength, heightened reaction and movement speeds, and quicker regeneration from wounds.

> The user can also morph their body in a variety of ways, dependant on what they are personally convinced they can do in order to meet the needs of the situation. For example, in a stealth mission, the user with sufficient focus could morph their fingernails into needle syringes to administer toxins to incapacitate henchmen, or become chameleon-like to blend their body into the surroundings.

Drawbacks

> Since the capabilities of the Quirk are tied to how confident the user is, this means that they need a consistent string of positive reinforcement in order to sustain their powers for long; without sufficient praise, their abilities will gradually wear off over time, generally lasting about 30 minutes maximum unsustained.

> The power also works in reverse; if the user becomes afflicted with sufficient self-doubt, for example by failing to defeat an opponent or losing a competition, the user becomes weaker and even potentially more sickly if anxious and unconfident enough.

> Because the user must remain assured of themselves, this can lead to an enhanced sense of ego, meaning that the user works best with a team to keep them from becoming helpless should their pride be shattered and powers fail during large missions.

Special Ability/Attack: Egopolis
> The user concentrates their mental energy into their right hand,  so that it glows a bright green shade: depending on what they wish to do with it, by physical contact they can either use it to temporarily transfer some of their self-confidence to someone else and give that person a boost in mood, or they can corrode someone's willpower and induce slight physical decay on the effected area. Either option weakens the user until the effect wears off, at which point the confidence returns after a period of 15 minutes.

Other

> Egopolis cannot work on inanimate objects, but it can work on animals, though the confidence-boosting will more resemble hyperactivity.

> The Quirk is only inactive when the user is unconcious (i.e sleeping/knocked out).

> Even if affected in reverse with lowered self-confidence, the Quirk can never outright kill the user, though it can make them more susceptible to diseases and bacteria if their self-confidence is extremely low.
