I started to click on any Lindsey's videos that were new to me, put on my headphones and get excited.
In every case there was always something that amazed me:
the violin mixed with other genres, the great dances and productions, the beautiful costumes, her camera expressions, all kinds of violin, the color contrasts... I loved everything.Since I was a kid the violin seemed like a boring instrument and for "old people" to me, but from that moment, it seemed like a cool stuff!
I never believed the violin was capable of transmitting all kinds of emotions, it was so flexible and complex. Before, I had never give me a chance to listen it depth and with attention.
I realized I discovered a very talented and sensational artist...
But, Lindsey was not very well known in my country compared to others, at least, in my school and family, I never heard someone talk about her, although probably there were some secret fans.
Being Stirlingite is not for everyone, and I've noticed it during my two and a half years in the Fandom.
Yes, you can show your mom, dad, or friends one of her videos, and probably they would like her, but it's different when you call yourself Stirlingite... there's an emotional connection that not all people can understand.
