I was in what you called a complicated family ? My mom side was all about how they look and how they dressed? And my dad side was about respect and honor??
 
My mom would always say things like " I love you honey or have a good say at work love ?" She wouldn't even hesitate about saying those words ??

Until that one day when my dad and my mom started to argue?? I knew something was wrong and that's when I heard them taking ...

Melissa (mom) " WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS LIKE THIS???" She said loudly...

Jacob(dad)" STOP PRETENDING ABOUT THIS MELISSA!!!!WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS LIKE THIS!!! Why are you so nice towards me !! I am the fool here !! Look I know you love me but i just dont think we can live like this anymore ??? " he says sighing ...

Melissa ( mom) " what are you saying ?? I don't want you to leave us ?? Your daughter and I need you ?? Do you plan to do the same thing that your father did to us ?? Why would you do that ?? " she looked up at him with tears in her eyes ?? ....

As the tears on my mother's face filled me with complete sadness...
My father had finally came upset and started to pack his things ?? I ran into the room and started to yell at him??

Grace " is this what you really want? You must not love mom anymore cause you went and did something very bad ?? " I cried my eyes out in front of him....

Jacob ( dad) " I'm sorry about this pumpkin I really am ?? I just can't love your mom like she wants me too ?? *Sighs * now go play with your toys and let mom and I talk this out ?? Okay ??

As I say him walk back towards my mom while she is holding herself close with her arms folded in ?? She looks up at him with bloodshot eyes and started to speak ...

Melissa (mom) " your really leaving huh ?? If you are here take this with you and sigh it ?? " she holded out her hand with a piece of paper in between her fingers?? He gets the paper and sees the words in big bolded letters...

DIVORCE PAPERS......

He looked back up at her and started to cry a little and he started to speak slowly ??

Jacob (Dad )" I don't want a divorce baby ?? Why are you doing this ?? I mean come on I'm leaving for a bit and I'm coming right back ..." he says

Melissa (mom) " NO I AM GETTING A DIVORCE FROM YOU AND THAT'S FINAl!! Do you know how many times I was worried about you when you didn't come home back to us ?? We are your family and we need you. But of course I know you better than you know yourself. I was your wife . I know you don't love me the way I love you. And that's okay I hope you still find happiness with someone else? So please sigh this paper and you will be free from me . She wipes her tears and started to cook again...
