"Stop texting me weird stuff at night" she spoke with a giggle as she turned her chin upwards and met his eyes.
"Never" he challenged as he looked back down at her petite figure next to him as they were on their way to school.
"like i understood a while ago that you love me but, sending me wholesome memes at midnight is just keeping me awake!" she said while smiling but also minimally frustrated. she could never stay mad at Hongjoong for any longer than a second. he was too cute.
"b-but it's important for you to recognise that i love you-" he stuttered, while thinking of how to reply.
"and I do! I mean you are my boyfriend after all." her cheeks went a flush of pink thinking about the fact that she was Hongjoong's girlfriend. she held her hands together and scratched the back of her calf with her foot as she was even more embarrassed now.
"you're blushing" he stated with a massive silver smile on his face.
"no im not!"
"yes you are!"
He then intertwined both pinkies with her making her face him slightly.
"you dont have to be so embarrassed that I'm your boyfriend, it makes me a little sad I can't lie-" he was cut off by the hesitant--slightly shaky- soft lips that were pushed against his so suddenly. it was as if all his surroundings had disappeared. this was his dream come true, all that he wanted, his girlfriend finally accepted that she liked him too! he gladly accepted the kiss. it was only a soft press but enough to ignite Hongjoong's whole world on fire. Soon after, she let go and looked down slightly nervous and embarrassed about what she just did. But of course Hongjoong was delighted about it.
