It was afternoon, my friends and I decided to come to the library to study.
We were talking and looking for books
"Let's see what do we have here" Safiria said and tried to pull a book from the shelf but it wouldn't budge "How strange, let me try something " Jonathan said and pushed the book opening a secret passage "Do we have a torch?" I asked looking at the old and dark walls "Nope but I have a lighter" Safiria said and walked into the narrow space, I stepped beside her and Jonathan came with me so I could hold onto his hand.
As we made just few steps further the door slammed trapping us inside.
"We have to proceed, maybe we'll find another way out" and so we walked until we reached a door that leaded to a room filled with old stuff and boxes.
We searched the room and found a lot of interesting things, "Mary come check this out" Jonathan said pointing a black notebook, it was laying open on the desk and a pen was just beside it.
"Looks like someone was in a rush when they left it open" I said scanning the page on which was written:
  8,March,1974
Today we will handle the mission my father assigned to my incompetent brother, I will prove him and everyone I'm worth the place in the agency and that I'm the better one!
When they come back we'll get in, kill the woman and bring her to the boss afterwards if...

and there the  handwriting stops.
I looked at Jonathan worryingly  "What do you think this means?" he asked "I think it may be Brandon's diary. It makes complete sense, just think about he must be responsible for my parents death, he wanted to prove grandpa that he was a better assassin than my father!" "And not only that he also wanted to enter in some sort of agency probably the same one in which my and Safiria's mothers were working." Jonathan said and Safiria nodded as she finished reading.
"I'll take this with me, I need to show it to Ava" "If we ever make it alive out of here" Jonathan said searching a wall "don't be so pessimistic" Safiria said and rolled her eyes after what Jonathan stuck out his tongue at her and grimaced.
"Guys you're acting childish, we'll figure this out somehow" and as I said that Safiria opened a cupboard in which was a small door "It's looked" she said with a scoff on what I responded "Alright let me see".
I pulled out a hairpin and put it inside the hole trying to hit all the clavicle teeth which would open the locket, at once it worked so we decided to open the door.
We got out and found ourselves in the gardens that surrounded the building.
"Looks like we didn't break all the rules after all" Safiria said sarcastically "Yeah, one out of ten" Jonathan added "shush! I think I heard something" I said looking behind the wall filled with climbing plants to see something
unexpected.
