Hinata x fem reader Pt.2

"Open the door, Y/n," Shikamaru said as he knocked on her door but no answer.

Y/n has isolated herself in her room for two days now and Shikamaru has every day tried to get her out of the room but no progress.

Until...

"Y/n?" She heard a more feminine voice outside her room.

"We haven't seen you in two days... are you upset about something? We're worried about you" it was Hinata.

Y/n rubbed her eyes and wiped some of the tears that still were falling down her face before standing up from the bed and open the door slowly and she pecked out. Seeing the Hyūga girl standing there.

"Shouldn't you be with Naruto or something?" She asked and Hinata frowned.

"He's with the boys," she said and Y/n huffed.

"Anyways, why are you isolating yourself from us?" Hinata asked and grabbed the door, trying to open it more so she could see Y/n's face more clearly.

"I haven't felt well so I stayed home, you can go now" Y/n answered and tried to close the door but Hinata used her byakugan to open the door more forcefully than before.

It flew open and Hinata stared right at Y/n who's eyes and cheeks were red and puffy from crying. Y/n turned around fast and covered her face but suddenly felt Hinata hug her, she didn't hug back.

"Let me go" she whispered but Hinata didn't listen, she hugged the h/c haired girl even tighter.

"I said, LET. ME. GO!" She repeated, struggling against Hinata's grip on her.

"Why? I can see you're hurt so tell me right now! I'm not leaving unt-" Y/n pushed the purple-haired girl away and looked down with closed eyes.

"I like you okay! I may also even love you! But you have your eyes for Naruto and... you're straight so I wouldn't even have a chance anyway!" Y/n said, new tears falling down her red and puffy cheeks.

"Y-You l-love me?" Hinata asked shocked with a small blush and Y/n nodded slowly, looking away from her.

"S-Since when?"

"S-since we first met," Y/n said and Hinata's eyes widen.

"So with other words... since we started the ninja academy together some years ago," Y/n said again, not letting Hinata say a word.

"I'm an idiot" Y/n whispered and sat down on the edge of her bed.

"No you're not," Hinata said, sitting beside her and rub her back.

"You're just honest to yourself about who you like. I mean, love is love, right?" Hinata asked with a big smile and Y/n wiped away her tears.

"Y-Yeah"

"Y-Y/n? As you know... I and Naruto are together but... if it doesn't work out for us. I will give you a chance" Y/n looked at her friend in shock and hugged her tightly.

"Thank you Hinata," she said and gave her a small peck on the cheek, causing the two girls to blush.

"S-Sorry" Hinata smiled and kissed the top of her head.

"It's fine," she said and stood up, offering her hand to Y/n.

"Wanna go with me to Ichiraku's?" Hinata asked and Y/n smiled up at her and grabbed her hand, standing up from the bed and they walked away.

Out of the house and making their way to the ramen restaurant... Y/n glancing at Hinata time to time with a smile

'I'm glad I have her in my life'
