No one's pov

Zak and Darryl both live together in a small house.
They had rooms across the hall from each other. It was around 10 at night and they were both sitting on their couch watching something. Zak was looking at his phone, Darryl at the movie in front of him.
Zak yawned as he was quite tired from editing until 3 am the night before. Darryl noticed the sudden movement from the corner of his eye and looked over at the younger boy.

"Looks like someone's tired." Darryl said, chuckling.

"Mm, I guess.." Zak replied, still looking at his phone.

"It looks like there will be a thunderstorm later.." Darryl said, trying to start a conversation and looking at the TV that was now showcasing the weather.

"Oh.. yeah." Zak said with a slight hint of nervousness in his voice, it seems only Zak noticed though.

The two young adults starred at TV a tad bit longer.

Darryl randomly stood up, startling Zak in the process due to the sudden movement.

"Uh, so I'm just going to head to bed. You should probably go to sleep as well.. you were editing pretty late last night."

"hhhH nO"

"Zak, go."

"BruH fiNe" Zak says at he stomps upstairs like a moody teenager

"Nerd."

"I HEARD THAT! WHO ARE YOU? TECHNOBLADE?"

"Eh, I wouldn't mind. I could get some of his pvp skills"

"HAHA LOSER"

"SHUT UP, YOU MUFFIN!"

"Hm nO. Baldy~"

"Oh my goodness" Darryl said, feeling his face heat up a bit.

With that, they both went to their rooms.

Zak's PoV

As I went to my room, I heard wind. I looked out of my window and noticed the sky was filled with light and dark grey clouds.

"Yeah.. there's definitely going to be a storm later.." I mumbled to myself, still looking out the window.

The wind was loud, it sounded like someone was whistling.. maybe even screaming. On top of that, it looked just like a horror movie. After all, there were no people on the streets.

A shiver ran down my spine.

I looked at the ground while walking into room. I walked around my room for a bit. Then I stopped walking and looked up, letting out a distressed sigh.

"..I don't like it here" I said as I looked around the room. I felt uneasy. This room had a gloomy, sad aura to it and in all honesty, I didn't want to be alone. This feeling really didn't help with the bubbling anxiety I felt, knowing that a storm was on it's way.
